It was like your average everyday life, except for one lost soul out there in the world.

Baekhyun was sitting by the window of his bedroom, looking out onto all of the happy faces that passed by without a care, that one boy was suffering on the inside. He never showed it to others, but he was broken and he had given up long ago. No one knows that he tried to commit suicide, but the neighbors found him, and called paramedics. His parents weren't the ones who found him, because his father left when he was little and his mother found a suitor, who kicked him out when he was only twelve. He was discovered by an orphanage who took him in and cared when no one else would.

But it wasn't worth the trouble. The boy had long given up on life and it was to show when he attempted to end his own life.

He never knew that someone would walk in and would change his life.

"Why are you doing this?"

"Everyone needs someone to love them in their lives. Whether it be a parent, sibling, or lover, everyone needs someone."

Those words come from a deep voice that would change his life and upset the balance of it that he once knew.
