Taeil’s life had become a blur of studio time, practise, and exhaustion.

He had taken to listening to those sappy sad love songs. On repeat until the others started complaining that he was depressing everyone.

He missed her. His Sarah.

He missed how her soft curves fit perfectly to him, missed mapping the constellations in her eyes, missed twirling her auburn curls around his fingers absent-mindedly as hers traced the ink in his flesh.

So he trained harder, sang until his voice faltered, practised until he wanted to throw up.

Because every second brought him closer to her warm smile.

Every moment was one closer to the one where he could touch her, feel her happy and his once more.

Just one more day.
