With the ever decreasing number of viewers over the past few seasons, the WGM producers knew that they would have to bring in hallyu stars to increase the views. But they've had stars from many major groups and they couldn't seem to popularize the show. Finally coming up with a decision, they found that two of Korea's biggest idol groups have yet to feature on their show. They knew they would have a tough batlle with one of the companies. As they always said that they were in the industry to make music not variety. The other company would no doubt agree to it as it would generate publicity for the girl and her members. 

So with a heavy burden on their shoulders, two of the PD's took out their phone and dialled the two respective companies. As the calls started to forward, one of the PD's had his heart in his mouth. He knew that this was their last shot at WGM and he hoped that they would reach an agreement. Soon both companies picked up and both the PD's said at the same time,

"Annyeong-haesyo. We are WGM PD's and we were wondering if one member from one of your groups would like to appear in WGM?"

"Which group would you like to be featured?" Came the reply for both.

"Well we actually had a group in mind. So Nyeo Shi Dae/BigBang."
