Dear Diary,

It had been quite long since I have written something and maybe something this long.
I've lost count of the seconds, minutes, hours, days, weeks, months and even years of darkness that was brutally robbed from me.
I don't know what to write in this book but Dr.Han told me to write things that are in your heart.
My heart... what is in my heart... What is in my heart, Diary?
She told me to write everything that had happen to me.
All the bad and good memories... Good memories? Do I have a good memoy?

Yes, it was exactly 2 days ago when my light came to rescue me.
My shining knight... no, there's no fairytale in this cruel world.
He's my saviour, he's my master, he's my light and I'll give my life serving him.
I can't thank him enough. He had save, not only my life but my future too.
The freedom that I've been hoping for is finally here.
Hope... a meaning that is truly lost in my world.
There's no... no... no... no!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

All these years, I was ordered but now I'm lost since no one is ordering me

Oh Sehun was reading the diary that was written by Isabella. Dr.Han had barge in his apartment in the middle of the night and hand him Isabella's diary. He wasn't going to read such girly activities but his conscience told him to. Surprisingly, Sehun wasn't surprise to read what had been written. He was well aware that Isabella lead a... Sehun can't even continue his words. Such dramatic life... Well after knowing that this young girl had been taking Misoprotol evensince young, Sehun immediately know her entire life. It doesn't take a genuis to know she suffered so bad.

"Do you want to go outside?" He asked. Both of them were watching the TV. It was late at night and Sehun just thought of something crazy like always. He turn his head lazily to meet her eyes. Her face showed no expression but her eyes were glowing in excitement and that was enough to confirm she wanted to go.

"Get ready. We're leaving now."

 

 

"Wh-what is that?"

Sehun turn to her. He stare at her as if she was from another planet. Is she serious, he ask himself.

"You don't know Nachos? I thought you're Mexican?"

"N-no. I-I'm actually an I-Italian."

"Still, you must have know that this kind of food exists right?" Sehun hoped but Isabella shake her head, meaning a 'no'.

Isabella grab the nacho and begin to chew it. She almost faint in excitement as the taste conquers her buds. She had never taste such delicious food in her entire life.  Sehun watch her from the darkness of the theater. Sehun had decided to watch movie with her. His first act was to let her be comfortable with streets during the night. Why he did that? Oh Sehun never thought things through especially when it's movie night! He became this thoughtless person during movie night. YOLO! YOLO, one of his many motto in life.

 

 

"Th-thank you."

She mutter her courage to speak out her gratitude. She had been keeping it from Day-1 since he help her but the timing wasn't right. Mostly because she is unsure if he would accept gratitude from a person like her. She hadn't heard any sound from him but Isabella was satisfied. She knew Sehun wasn't the type to answer anything. That was what Dr.Han told her. Maria Isabella like being here. She like the cold breeze passing through her skin. Being free to watch the stars, moon and having to sleep alone in a bed without a stranger company, But, freedom was too far to achieve yet. This is just a stepping stone in her life. She has a long way to go.

"..., Oi!"

Isabella stop her tracks. Sehun was glaring. She wasn't listening to his words. She was too wrap up with her thoughts that she's just...

"I ask, do you want to go anywhere now?"

Well, there's a place that Isabella had always wanted to go. It's her childhood dream to see this place but she wanted to go there during the daylight. It's not fun going there during night time. She turn to face him. Should she speak up since Sehun look so piss off right now.

"Well?" He asked again.

"... ch."

"What?"

"B-b-beach."

 

 

"Alone?"

Someone was hitting on her. Isabella scoot to the side of the long black sofa. Her tongue freezes to answer the question. Her body immediately tremble at the foreign cold touch. Her eyes shut, memories of the past came rushing in her doormind. Her ears muffled by the loud music roaring across the room.

"Sorry, bro but she's taken."

Sehun. Isabella felt her hand was grab and soon she felt her whole body stand before she recover anything, they were at the backdoor of the club, at the alley.

"Are you still rational or do I need to bring Dr.Han to calm you down?"

Isabella wouldn't speak. Soon, the backdoor slam open and a group of young attractive men circle around Sehun and her. Her fear grew. Isabella panic. Sehun was punch by the shoulder and he was push by the group of men. Isabella hyperventilate before crashing onto the ground in a loud BOOM, passing out.

 

 

"I thought I told you, NOT to make this hospital into a customary near death visit?!" Dr.Kim was screaming her heart out.

Sehun's eyes pierce through the person behind of Dr.Kim. The elegant way she was standing and staring worriedly towards Sehun, make the young man disgusted. He turn around and headed to the room where Maria Isabella was held in but a soft touch on his arm make him jerk away from the touch. He grab the sanitizer and rub his 'touch' skin with it. He felt disgusted by that touch.

"I heard from Dr.Kim that she's an acquaintance of yours. I'm the doctor-in-charge for her. She..."

"Jack!" Sehun called out loud. Dr.Kim was surprise when Sehun called her. Sehun hadn't been screaming her name eversince their Master's years. It's usually Kim, Dr.Kim or maybe Lioness. But now...

"Lower your voice, Oh Sehun, we are in the hospital!" She scream back, giving no that she is screaming when she told Sehun to stop screaming. "What do you want?"

"She's getting discharge immediately."

"She's not awake yet. You can't just do whatever you like, Sehun. She needs to stay in the hospital for a few days. We need to check on her wounds. Knowing..."

He left them alone in the hallway. He turns deaf when they scream his name. Maria Isabella is getting discharge now and Oh Sehun won't heed instructions from them, especially that cunning fox!

 

 

"Good morning,"

Isabella bowed towards the female stranger. The warm smile radiating from the elder woman cause uneasiness to Isabella. A smile hides many wonders, she was told by her late Grandmother. Was there a hidden agenda behind that smile? How did she get here? From what Isabella knows, Dr.Han told her that this apartment complex doesn't have any occupant since it was wholly bought by Oh Sehun, himself. So, is she Oh Sehun's guest?

"Who are you and why are you in this apartment complex? Are you an acquaintance with Sehun?" The older woman begin to ask. Isabella felt as if she is a guest when she is not. She remain silence. She didn't know what to answer. Sehun had never explain furthur in details if this kind of things occur, what should she do? So, she takes the safe road, pretending to be mute.

The woman waited for an answer but when she gets is silence, she thought maybe this young girl is mute so she uses her sign language. Isabella bit her tongue. She had no idea what the sign meant.

"My baby Bella!"

A saviour? Dr.Han! Dr.Han walk towards the door and her smiles vanishes upon meeting the beautiful stranger on the doorsteps. Dr.Han was here for another session but she came too early since her schedule are clear. She thought maybe she would bring Isabella out after getting permission from Sehun, hoping that Isabella would remember the streets but as she arrive, Dr.Han hadn't know there's an unwelcome visitor infront of the doorstep. She turn to Isabella. The girl needs to be save.

"Dr.Han, fancy seeing you here. What are you doing here?" The woman asked. Dr.Han smile. She knew the woman very well and Sehun won't be delighted to hear that this woman is here to visit.

"I came here to check on Isabella."

"And Isabella is?"

"Sehun's new maid." Dr.Han lied.

"Why does he has to get a foreigner as a maid? Isn't there a local for it?"

"Well Mrs Oh, if you know Sehun very well, Sehun like his things to be unique and rare. Does Sehun know you are here to visit him?" The first sentence came out naturally, Dr.Han never meant to hurt anyone feelings but it just slipped. But you can't run away from a truthful fact, if a mother knows her son, she would know very well what her son likes and dislike.

Dr.Han try her best to change the subject, drifting the attention from Isabella to Sehun. Mrs Oh, Sehun's biological mother was speechless. Sehun hadn't know that she had come in mind to check the rumors that there's a bimbo living in this apartment with Sehun. From the insider information, this bimbo is the girl from yesterday. Mrs Oh had came to clarify it and find out the truth. She can't let Sehun continue living like this, she miss her only child, her only son. But Sehun...

"No, he doesn't. Can I ask you to keep this a secret?"

Dr.Han nodded but then she felt her body being pushes inside the apartment and before she could recover what's going on, she saw Oh Sehun looking as if he's about to kill.

 

 

"Did she ask anything from you? Is that all that she ask?"

Isabella nodded her head. Oh Sehun was furious. He had storm out from the elevator and pushes Dr.Han and Isabella in the apartment before slamming the door shut. He couldn't care if his mother was outside. Dr.Han was investigate by Sehun immediately and had left the apartment after she was clear of all charges. Sehun had cancel today session. Isabella on the other hand was at the couch. Sehun ask her questions and she answer everything in fear of his wrath.

"Get change into something summer type. We're going to the beach." He told her before walking in his room.

He had return from his work. He had request for a half day so that he could take Isabella to the beach but upon arriving at the apartment, he hadn't know his mother would come. What's his deal with his mother, that's a secret but Sehun hadn't trust his mother for a long time. Why? That's another time to tell but now, Sehun was occupied with one most important thing. He had invited his friends along to attend this beach vacation but Isabella had a trauma so...

"My friends are tagging along. The guys who you saw punching me and fainted after that, they are my friends. I wish that you won't turn pale and drain your blood away with their apperance. They won't harm you and don't harm yourself. I like my vacation to be stress free and peaceful."

Isabella nodded her head. She won't complain that she is uncomfortable because Sehun is nice even if he didn't show his true emotions clearly. She notice, there's a thick wall that he place to guard himself. He would act cold and arrogant to everyone but he is nice. Because if he is bad, he would never help her out from that hell. But there's something bothering her, he said that they are going on a Beach Vacation, so does that means they will stay at the beach for a few days? Isabella couldn't help but smile.

"Th-thank you!" She squeak out loud.

 

 

"My baby Bella!!!!!!!!"

Dr.Han? Isabella heard Dr.Han voice. She heard the sweet nickname Dr.Han had always called her but Isabella couldn't find the owner of the voice. As she turn to her left, a small arms hug her leg tightly. Isabella frozes. Sehun who was beside her grab onto the little boy collar and pulled him up to his eyes level. Sehun staring into the boy eyes.

"Didn't your mother teach you not to cling straight onto a stranger?" Sehun asked spitefully. The little boy pouted getting scolded by Sehun. When Sehun let the young boy go, the little kid rush to his mother, crying and tale-telling on him. Sehun roll his eyes. He pointed to a direction and walk away with Isabella following behind him.

She saw the group of young men that circle around them previously and she grew frighten. Sehun's sleeves was grip tightly and she moves closer towards Sehun, leaving no gap inbetween them. Sehun stop and she clashes onto him but was stable enough not to fall on the floor.

"Like I say before, they are nice..." Sehun remind. The three last word came off as the cause of nausea in Sehun's life. His friends, nice? The joke of the century. Maybe they are but not 24/7.

"Ye-yes..."

"Oh Sehun! Why the hell are you bringing her here? If she tries to commit suicide at my Beach House, I will sue you till your are penniless!" Dr.Kim was there and surprsingly was wearing her work outfit and she was not amused. Apparently, Sehun had told everyone about the sudden vacation and everyone was happy to get the news but not Dr.Kim. The boys, Sehun's friends had drag her literally out of the hospital and send an emergency leave to the Head of Doctor and drag her to her personal Beach House.

Isabella remain silent. Dr.Kim walk towards Isabella and stare at her down. Truthfully, Dr.Kim doesn't like Isabella. The foreign girl screams TROUBLE around her and Dr.Kim still hadn't know the reason why Sehun had bring Isabella back to Korea and allow the young girl to his apartment, something Oh Sehun never does. Oh Sehun never allows anyone in his apartment unless you are Dr.Han who is someone special to the Oh's family. Even his friends weren't allow in his apartment, something about I will butcher you if you dares enter my apartment without my permission. But this young girl, the access... Dr.Kim is jealous, green all over her.

"My baby Bella..."

Isabella suffocated for a few seconds. The tight bear-hug she received from Dr.Han and when she was released from the hug, she watch as Dr.Han pulled Sehun's ear and drag him somewhere. She watch as Sehun was drag towards the little boy he had scolded early. She had heard that Dr.Han is married and has children. Sehun was pulling a stoic face, refusing to apologise, being childish. Isabella was stun. An individual has many expression that yet to discover and shown and Oh Sehun is a rare case where in times of problems, his expression remain stoic. He knows well to control himself from letting anyone gets the better of him. Isabella wants to see many of those expression. She has heard from Dr.Han that Sehun hasn't been expressing his emotions well eversince he was young. She want's to be the first one to discover it....

Maria Isabella, as cliche as it sound, as impossbile as it seems, as crazy as this maybe, Maria Isabella has a crush on Oh Sehun. Stupid? Crazy? Irrational? Impossible? She couldn't help but agree to those thoughts. But in this cruel world, everyone are just crazy and stupid, they does the irrational and impossible thing and at times, they succeed. Who knows what the outcome of this crush might lead her to? Out into the surface and shine brightly with the light or succumbs deeper into this artificial darkness.

For the first time in her life, she make a choice. To go ahead with this path, to continue walking to see the future instead of having her future decided by anyone else. She just take a few steps forward... Keep moving ahead, Isabella. There's always light in every darkness.....
