Elin was a girl that had finish college, shared an apartment with her best friend and spend her day reading books. Although her best friend, Sandra, claimed that she was shutting herself in their apartment, barely eating and that her depression was getting worse as the time passed. 

Sandra, as the best friend she was, made Elin go out of the apartment and go speed dating, which was something Elin was not pleased with. After seeing plenty of guys, taking mental notes that one or two were very hot, she walked back to their apartment, feeling a bit better after going out. When she was about to unlock the door to the stairwell to get inside of the building she felt a newspaper, driven by the wind, hit her leg. She looked down and then to the side of where it came from, not expecting the view she saw. 

A boy, curled up on the ground, with a baggy shirt and some loose pants, was crying. His hair dirty blonde and his body freezing from the cold a late February evening could carry.
