When she accidently slipped and fell into his arms in the cafeteria, one thing led to another, and suddenly they were the school's hottest couple. Which was totally and completely untrue.

She had never even spoken to him in her entire life, nor did she like him in any shape or form. He seemed like a jerk. Only concerned about popularity and inheriting his daddy's hotel business. She was one of those people who worked for what she wanted, who had gotten a scholarship to this so called prestigious school not because she had connections or because she was popular or beautiful, she had received it because she had WORKED to have above average grades and had WORKED to get to where she wanted.

He didn't really like her either. In fact, he had no idea who she was. He, the most popular kid at school, dating a drama freak? Like that happened in the real world. She thought she was all high and mighty because she was as poor as dirt. She didn't know crap about him or his life, and yet she had the nerve to judge him. Did she know about how his mother died of cancer? Did she know about his father's depression? Did she know that he visited a therapist everyday after school because he had witnessed his brother's murder? She didn't know bull.

But, she, to be honest, needed him. With his help, she could easily become the actress she had always wanted to be. In fact, when word had gotten around that they were "dating", she was offerred the lead role in the school's production of Alladin, although she hadn't even auditioned for the spot of Jasmine. People began complimenting her as she walked down the hall. She was no longer a nobody, "dating" him had put her on the radar.

And he needed her. If she pretended to be his girlfriend, then his grandmother would stop trying to get him to marry some stuck up hotel heiress who thought because she was beautiful and rich that she could do anything she wanted. He was not interested in those type of girls. He already gave his heart away, and that's how it would stay.

So they made a deal. They would pretend to date until Zico found a suitable wife, and until she had gotten the lead role in some huge Broadway musical. Until then, they would be "boyfriend and girlfriend".

Neither had realized they would fall for each other.
