One Fine Morning

One Fine Morning

You woke up to the sound of your phone vibrating next to your head on the drawer. You peeped an eye open
and reached your hand out to pick up your phone.

Little snores were coming from someone who was sleeping behind you. You smiled to yourself knowing
that your boyfriend was still deep in sleep. You could feel his head buried into the nape of your neck and
his arm wrapped around your waist. The soft breathing that came from him brought tiny little shivers
down your spine and you cuddled closer to him to keep you warm.

"Mmm, what is it?"

Your boyfriend woke up to your movement, opening his eyes slightly. He rubbed his eyes and
wrapped his arm around your waist again, pulling you in closer.

A small smile crept up your face and you unlocked your phone to check your messages.
Within seconds your smile disappeared and your eyes widened at the time, realizing that you were
both late for college. Your alarm hadn't gone off and it was your friend calling you asking where you were.

"!"

Taking your boyfriend's arm off of you, you hopped out of bed. Walking around to the other side
of the bed, you looked on the floor and spotted his white shirt. You slipped it over yourself and stared
at the mirror fixing your hair.

"What, what, what is it?" Your boyfriend sat up in bed looking at you in bewilderment
wondering what was the rush.

"Bobby its already 2PM and we're late for school."

Bobby's eyes widened and a huge smile spread across his face as he burst out laughing.

"School? Seriously? Ya, we're not in middle school anymore. Its college for god's sake, we're not going to get suspended or anything."

You ignored what he was saying and walked to the closet and opened the door, looking through
your pile of clothes for something to wear.

"Ya, Tulsi."

"What?"

"Its the weekend."

"So?"

"People don't go to school on the weekend."

You scoffed and turned around to face him, placing your hands on your waist.

"What?" Bobby said, cocking an eyebrow up with a smirk spreading along the side of his face.

You tried not to smile knowing that he knew that you wouldn't be able to resist him.
He raised his eyebrow up and down staring at you with a smirk still on his face.

"What?" He asked again.

"Exams are coming up and it wouldn't hurt to get a little more studying done."

"You're just being paranoid that we might fail."

"Am not."

"Are to."

"Am not."

"Are to."

"You're an ."

"I know." Bobby said, breaking into a smile.

You laughed and rolled your eyes and turned back to the closet.

Bobby stretched his arms up over his head and let out a huge yawn and hopped out of bed, walking over to you.
You walked back to the mirror placing a sweater on your chest, tilting your head
at your image in the mirror.
He walked behind you, placing his hands into his pockets and making the
same expression as you.

You laughed and pushed him aside and walked back to the closet.

"Does it take that many clothes to figure out what to wear?"

"Shut up."

Bobby smiled again; standing between the closet and mirror watching you walk back and forth.

You walked back to the mirror holding a dress on your chest when suddenly Bobby wrapped his arms
around your waist, resting his head on your shoulder, giving you a back hug. You jumped a little
at his movement but then smiled and rested your head against his.

"You know you look good in anything right?"

You rolled your eyes at him. "You always say that."

"But it’s true."

You laughed and took his arms off around your waist and threw your clothes on the bed.

"Where you going?"

"I'm going downstairs."

You were just about to walk out of the bedroom when suddenly Bobby pulled on your hand, pulling you
back into his arms. He placed his right hand on your waist and his left hand on the side of your face
and pulled you into a soft kiss.

Your eyes widened at the sudden move but you smiled and placed your hands on the side of his face
and kissed him back.

"Do we really have to go?" Bobby said pulling his head back.

"Yes. Yes we do."

Bobby brushed some of your hair off your face, tucking it behind your ear and pouted.

"Aw come on Bobby." You smiled and kissed him on the forehead, releasing yourself from his arms
and walked out of the room.

Moments later you yelled out his name.

"Bobby-ah!"

Bobby's eyes widened and walked over to the door.

"What?"

You turned around placing your hands on the railing of the stairs.

"Come downstairs and I'll make you something for breakfast."

Bobby furrowed his brow and raised an eyebrow up.

"I thought you said you wanted to go to school."

A smirk crawled up on the side of your face and you cocked your head to one side.

You hunched your shoulders and said, "Its the weekend. Who goes to school on the weekend?"
A huge smile spread across his face and he umped up and fist pumped in the air.

"Assa!"

You screamed and laughed, running down the stairs from Bobby as he broke into a run after you.
The two of you laughed your way down the stairs and into the kitchen for some fun.
