Libraries, extravagant mansions and all the rest that you would expect for some of the richest, most powerful in the galaxy can be found here.
Perhaps strict, this place is a strong democracy with rules that are made to empower the inhabitants of Rosette. All the rules are made to benefit the people and none are shunned here. Harsh but realistic, you must climb to the top and not be afraid of doing what you do here.
The Rosette are perceived as reserved, perhaps even cold but are in fact quite capable of spurning confusingly strong emotions. Intelligent, cunning, the Rosette are careful with what they do and choose particular people they believe and know will be important for them.
