"Masters", card wielders with supernatural powers.

Where's a better place to train and learn to harness your powers other than the world's most famous high school, Regal High. 

Elena, coming from a C rank master family was always bullied and looked down upon ever since she turned 6, the age where masters' supposedly attain their first card. Now at the age of 16, Elena is yet to attain her first card, just when she decides to give up and admit that she just wasn't meant to be a master, her very first card appears...
