Ownership

Description

Years after the death of Raymond Tuan, the original founder of Cryel Cafe, the search for his first son has become wild. The current owner, Park Jinyoung, is outraged when being infomed he is to be replaced. Mark Tuan gives him the options to either leave or become a ordinary employee.

Foreword

The sound of a damp cloth rubbing against tiled grounds soon found its end as it was shortly lifted and then dropped. “Is it closing time already?” A young Thai boy questioned to himself, palming the tip of the mop as he leaned his weight on it. His eyes followed the motion of the thin black, plastic ticker stiffly running around the circular clock. His attention was clearly captured by the intriguing black and white object that when a hand waved into front of his eyes, the teenager’s expression didn’t change what so ever. A voice calling for his presence didn’t seem to bring him back to life. The owner of this voice felt the older male poking at his nerves until he playfully gave the male a punch on his upper arm. The Thai male flinched as he dramatically held the pulsing area soon after his mouth ringed open and his eye brows narrowed turning his head over.

“Aish, you can be so oblivious to your surroundings Bambam. I still wonder how you even got hired here in the first place.” Snickered the tall Korean employee. Bambam watched the male worker’s smile growing bigger by each chuckle, his hands fiddling with a white towel used to clean tables.

“For one, ouch, two, I’m not oblivious, and three it’s Bambam hyung, not Bambam.”

“Oh, let me clarify that, Kunpimook, there is that better?”

“You have no respect for your elders do you Yugyeom?”

Yugyeom chuckled even more as he swung his head down entertained by the fluffy white cloth between his fingers. The older male gave a hopeless sigh as he brought his hands to grip on the wooden length to continue his previous doing, mopping.

The two employees wore the same uniforms which were a black silk vest layering over a white caller shirt paired with classic black trousers and a raven bow tie.

Suddenly, the sound of a door creaking open echoed through the employees’ ears, their heads turned to where the sound was coming from (being the door before the mini staircase). A man in his twenties stepped out from his office, his fingers seemed to be fondling with slits of coloured paper in his hand. His chocolate brown orbs focused on the Korean dialogue imprinted on the checks; carefully he identified the names of each worker before freely handing over their payment.

“Ah, here’s yours Bambam, you worked hard today, keep it up,” the boss smiled, handing the second youngest amongst them his check.

Bambam found a smile also making his lips curve positively, his pearly whites beginning to show. The adolescent raised his head, his eyes bubbling in the gleaming light as though they sparkled; he unknowingly began eyeing his boss, the sharp line outlining his jaw, plump, rosy pink lips,  sparkling glass eyes, adorably floppy puppy-like ears, his raven loosely styled hair; a black blazer was what indifference itself with the other remaining employees.

A golden rectangular tag was pinned on the left side of his chest, the name imprinted on spelling out "Park Jin Young, Cafe owner".

"Thank you sunbae," gratefully responded the blond haired boy, his back hunching over to present a small bow. Jin Young grinned at the Thai worker's actions, a slight chuckle escaped through his breath.

"You earned it didn't you? Now it’s time to deal with this little brat who can't even bow to save his life," he snorted, his eyed gradually tracing the steps towards the tall figure wiping down the stained tables clean. The two hyungs gazed at their Dongsaeng in a disgustedly manner, it wasn’t long till the sevent teen year old took notice and looked back at them confusedly.

“What?” He’d ask, his head turning to Bambam, then Jinyoung.

“Nothing,” the owner smiled, the wrinkles of his eyes appearing, “finish up, it’s getting late and we need to close up for tomorrow.”

What’s going to happen tomorrow?

Park Jinyoung (Jr):

The son of the original café owner’s best friend who was passed the business over while Raymond’s son was nowhere to be found. At the age of eighteen, Jinyoung’s father passed away due to a heart attack, thus his reason to take on the café at a young age. At the age of twenty one, he took replaced the current owner who happened to be his father’s friend’s son, however, he couldn’t care less. His first impression could seem rather cold, truly depending on the person, whether or not they’d like to find out more of his inner personality. Noticing Jinyoung's outrage, Mark gives him two options which are either to leave or become an ordinary employee.

Jackson Wang:

Mark’s childhood friend since the age of five, it was until a certain event that separated the two friends from communicating. After moving into South Korea for his last years of high school, Jackson became a graduate student from Seoul Arts High school for nearly two years now. After hearing his beloved friend was discovered, he immediately took action and pounced onto the café itself. It was then, he spotted not only his charming red head, but a innocent-looking Thai waiter that made his heart pump like no other. With his outgoing and determined character, Jackson desires nothing more but to grab the attention of that cute waiter, Bambam.

Kunpimook Bhuwakul (Bambam):

A foreign student in Seoul Arts High school who was introduced to a café by his classmate, Yugyeom. They both worked as waiters and brewers at Cryel for the time being. It was soon brought upon them, they were to have a new boss. Bambam being the naïve bubble he is believes it will go out all normally, or so he thought. Now that the new boss has arrived, Jackson continues to linger around his presences more offend then he should.
