Taeyeon has never liked love songs. Love songs, she believes, are deceiving, because love is never as easy or sweet as the songs make it out to be. Love is painful, bitter, and irritating, and it doesn't feel good - not at all. 

Maybe she's not meant to be good at this 'love' business. Not when the guy she's liked for seven years is getting married to someone else, and she's still moping over him.

But fate works in weird ways, and just when Taeyeon concludes that she's going to be alone for the rest of her life, she meets Jiyong. Enigmatic, free-spirited Jiyong, who's basically the guy that her parents would never approve of with his tattoos and ear piercings.  She swears he's the exact opposite of what she wants, but attraction isn't a choice; it just happens.
