The Boys and Men of Her Life
Description
Walking their path through life, everyone meet persons that will forever hold a special place in their heart. Jung Eunji is not the exception – lots of guys have appeared in her life, but memories of only few of them will remain in her eyes unforgettable. Friends, crushes, admirers, boyfriends – all of them have shaped and made her the person she has become. If it hadn't been for them, she probably wouldn't be where she is now. And for that, Eunji will always be thankful to the boys and men of her life.
Foreword
Hello, my dear possible-future-readers!
If you're reading this, it means that you have somehow come across my story, whether it was by accident, out of curiosity or your love for anyone from the listed characters – I'm really glad and thankful anyway! And I will be even more, if you decide to stick around longer!
It's been a long time since I wrote anything and moreover, this is actually my first time writing a fic in English and here. As I'm probably a bit rusty when it comes to writing and I'm not a native English speaker, bear with me and forgive me any errors and mistakes!
This little story can be considered as a series of interlinked oneshots – they probably won't be packed with lots of action, since they will be mainly excerpts of Eunji's memories. But still, I hope there will be someone who will enjoy it.
Please, don't be a silent reader – I will be really grateful to you for all kinds of comments and criticism, so that I could improve or just communicate with you, guys!
I probably won't be updating regularly, because my college is taking up lots of my time, but here's at least a short teaser/foreword, so enjoy and tell me your impression! Thank you!

“Well, it was nice to run into old friends yesterday, right?” My husband asks as he comes to kitchen with our two-year old son in his arms.
“It certainly was,” I smile and kiss both of them, “which is why I have called them few minutes ago and invite them to come over for a dinner next week.”
“That's great. Oh, did you know that they're actually expecting their second child? When I think about it, they were such a sweet couple, who would constantly dream about having lots of kids. But I find it funny now, that you used to have a big crush on him.” Even though I'm preparing a lunch and thus not facing him, I can hear his amused chuckle.
“I didn't have big crush on him!” I defend myself.
“Oh, you did, Eunji. And a huge one. Which is also one of the reasons why it took you so long to notice me.”
Everytime he gets a little bit jealous, my husband has this cute expression and a tiny wrinkle in the forehead, which I love. However, I get too embarrassed at his mention of my unrequited love and complete blindness, that I can't look at him and I start to cut the carrots even more vehemently.
“Who is Appa's big boy, who is? Be nice and sit down here, okay? That's right. Appa will be right back with something delicious for you.” He says and put our little son into his chair. Then he approaches me and hugs me from behind, placing his head on my shoulder. “Eunji, you know that I'm just joking, right?” He murmurs and place a peck on my neck. “I'm the luckiest man in the world, and I couldn't be more happier to be the one you chose to spend the rest of your life with.”
Being this close, I feel his breath on my neck and the nice smell of his aftershave. After all this time together, these little things and his warm unmistakeable voice saying my name still never fail to make my head dizzy and the butterflies in my stomach going crazy.
“Not as happy as I am.”
“So tell me about the others.” He let me go and pours the baby food I've made earlier into a small bowl.
“Huh?”
“About the guys before me.” He smiles when he sees the confused expression on my face.
“You want to hear about my love life,” I stop stirring the soup and look at him oddly again,“isn't it kind of... weird? I mean, you listening to the stories about my ex-boyfriends.”
“Well, if you put it like that, then yes, it is little bit strange. I'm just curious, but not really about all the guys you've dated before me.”
“About who then?”
He puts his hands around my waist before he answers simply. “Only about those who truly changed you and your life, those who played a meaningful role, those who you will always remember. I want to hear about the boys and men of your life.”
