The Little Princess

Description

As long as she's lived, Lia's life has been hell.

Seven years ago - with her mother dead, her father on the run, and no family in Korea, the only place she had left to go was to her mother's estranged relatives in America. In the time between her other's murder and the day she left for America, she became acquainted with Kim Jongin; an energetic, sporratic boy. Though they spent a short time together, they became close friends, and he sent her on the path of healing like no one else could.

After losing contact seven years later, Lia returned to Korea in the hopes of starting a-new. With a shadier past than the one she walked away with, she finally is on her own, away from the people who hurt her most. Through a series of mishaps, she meets Jongin once again, finding out that not only was he accepted to SM as he dreamed, but he's now a member of one of Korea's biggest boy bands.

When he finds her again, he tries desperately to rekindle their old friendship. Though hesitant at first, the two slowly become closer than friends. However, with a dark past and people who haunt her dreams arising from every corner, will Jongin be able to heal her wounds, or will the demons take her before he gets the chance?

Foreword

You'll notice a few things in this book:

1. There are a few convorsations that are fully itallic. This is to distinguish when she's speaking English; you'll most often see this during flashbacks or when she's conversing with Kris, but there are a few exceptions.

2. The book The Little Prince was used a lot in writing this. It's a book that has a lot of meaning to me, and I chose to use it as an icon for this story.

3. There are a lot of vague flashbacks, but I assure you that everything will eventually be explained; don't worry if it seems a bit hard to understand.

I hope that you all like this, and thank you so much for your support! Saranghae~
