Chapter 7:

“Put away all your books and notes, we will be having a surprise test, your exams are coming near and I hope to see your standard of preparations through this test” Mrs Lee announced as soon as she walked in the class. and grumbles could be heard throughout the class.

“Again?”

“Why does she always do this?”

“Oh god”

Jinwoo turned his head and mouthed a “Fighting!” to Mino, Mino nodded his head to show acknowledgment, Jinwoo smiled and concentrated on the paper given to him. As Mino have been staying back with Jinwoo to study weekly, Mino was able to solve the questions confidently.

The day after the test, Mino was called to Mr Song’s office, as usual, Mino put on his headphones and strolled there. He gave a slight knock and went in, Mr Song’s back was facing him. Mino sat down in front of the desk, while looking down at his laps. Mr Song turned around and placed a paper in front of Mino. Mino looked at the red ink written at the top corner of the paper, “80” and he looked to the side and he saw his name, “Song Mino”. He couldn’t believe his eyes, he took off his headphones and held the paper up.

“Tell me truthfully, whose paper was it”

Mino was dumbfounded by the question and he looked up.

“What?”

“Whose paper did you copy from? Mrs Lee told me that you failed your previous test, it’s impossible that you got such good results this time”
