Fireflies
Description
It was all chaos. There weren’t many people in town anymore. That was when fireworks were all over the sky line; in fact they weren’t really fireworks. They both knew it wouldn’t be easy but they also knew they’ll be alright. If Taemin couldn’t fight for it, there’s no way Choi Minho could survive. At least, they’re together when the lights from the fireflies slowly faded away in their eyes.

“Yeah, like fireflies.”
“Sometimes I’m glad there aren’t many lights around here because then we can see those sparkling little things every night.”
He could only smile at the elder’s words. It was cold but he liked it there. With him.

The younger boy arrived home a little later than usual with a hump and some sighs. He was exhausted and tired of everything. Also, physically tired, he put up the only coat, his mom’s woolen coat to be exact, onto the hanger.
“What happened?” The older asked calmly, ready to reassure his lover.
“I look like a beggar, hyung. No one even wants to see my dances anymore even though I tried so hard for anything new.”
“I found it really ridiculous. Beggars aren’t that pretty, don’t you think?”

I’ve been feeling so angsty these days and decided to write this one-shot. Read at your own risk. You might tear up a bit, reading this. It contains a common message for all of us. I’m sure you’ll understand once you read it. Kinda boring. But please bare with it.
