“I can’t believe you Jung Daehyun, I thought we loved each other” The bitter words of V spat out, it was the words he didn’t want to hear. The words that would break his heart piece by piece.

“I...I do V honestly don’t make me choose this…” Daehyun full of regret, he wished never started this conversation in the first place. He knew it would escalate but not so much as a raging V ready to slap Daehyun.

“So you think you can just dump me for a girl that was your best friend and think that everything is going to be all fine and dandy?” Each syllable of the word was more of a hiss and Daehyun gulped, frozen in his place not knowing whether to just leave V and get to the point.

“Look, V I have never lied to you about your feelings and I truly did cherish our relationship but I feel like there’s something in my heart I need and frankly I can’t keep this deceptive forefront of hiding myself from you. I’m sorry I truly am but I can’t keep up this relationship and so,” Daehyun extended his hand “I hope we can be friends still after this.”

Daehyun stood as still as a statue waiting for V to respond he can see his forehead creasing, trying to decide whether to accept his hand or slap him.

    “Just, promise me this Daehyun, I hope you made the right choice and tried to think with your mind then your heart.” He looked at him with a sorrowful look, pain etched in every place of his face. Daehyun felt like he was breaking him apart, and it hurted like crazy.

He walked past him heading for the door, paused then turned back at him with one look, one of letting go of someone, “I just wished you loved me harder like you did for her.” And with that his essence, his being was gone. Daehyun leaned back against the wall and breathed heavily a stream of tears following himself.

    ‘You pabo, you make me seem like the bad guy, I always have loved you just as much as her.” And with that he slumped down on the floor and put his head into his arms and breathed as though as the hardest part was over,

But it was only just the beginning.
