Seulgi slapped her forehead hard, looking at her cousin, Seungyoon wearing a funny pair of bright stripy rainbow pants. She repeatedly shook her head of total disapproval until her long hair covered her whole face. Seungyoon sighed and pouted before throwing himself on top of his bed. It’s been three hours already since Seungyoon was having his regular catwalk show in his room with Seulgi as his loyal audience. Seulgi stood up from the stool and picked up every single piece of his clothes scattering on the floor. She looked Seungyoon pitifully as she finished collecting the clothes and sat on the bed beside him.

“Hey, don’t be sad. You have lots of stuff to be wear tomorrow. It’s not like aunty never came to Seoul before. You will look great. So, cheer up, Yoon.”

Seulgi softly patted his back, trying to comfort him even though she knew how terrible she was in this kind of thing. Yes, his beloved mother, Seulgi’s aunt was coming over for a visit from Busan. Seungyoon had been living with Seulgi and her parents ever since middle school and she rarely came to Seoul. The last time she visited him was almost four months ago. In fact, Seulgi and Seungyoon were just inseparable. They’re maybe just cousins, but their blood relationship is something unusually close. Seungyoon was like a brother that Seulgi dreamt of having. They born in the same year and there were lots of things that they shared in common.

Seungyoon was like her punching bag whenever she’s stressed out and also his voice was like a remedy for her if things screwed up. While Seulgi was his only counselor for him to ask about anything and most of all, she’s like his personal fashion advisor even though sometimes she’s a fashion terrorist. Some people misunderstood their close relationship as lovers because they like to tease everyone around them with lovey-dovey stuff like back hugs and skinship. But their close friends in college know that they’re just close by blood.

“I know, but I guess that you’re missing some points there, Seul. Well, actually not only omma is coming. She is coming too.”

Seulgi’s jaw dropped abruptly hearing his explanation. She quickly rolled his body to face her. She was completely speechless with the whole new information. Even with just a simple hint of words, Seulgi knows everything since Seungyoon’s mind is like her sec
