Chanhee POV

Today is my off day so I already plan in my head to bring Young Jae to the amusement park since him already begging me non-stop for the past week. I feel bad denying his request so in order to make him happy, I have to follow it. Luckily Changjo also didn’t have any classes so he can come along with us.

It’s been so long since I had been there because it holds my past memories which I want to avoid remembering it again. The first time I went out with Byunghun he brought me to the amusement park. We had so much fun at there. At the end of the day we shared our first kisses, my first kiss. I smile faintly as I remember the scene. When I realize, a teardrops of tear fall from my eyes. I quickly wiped it and shaking my thought away. I cannot be shadow by those memories about him again.

Taking a glance at my appearance for the last time, I then walk downstairs to Young Jae and Changjo that already waiting for me. Putting on a fake smile on my face, I greet them cheerfully. I have been doing this many times already whenever I breaking inside so it’s not a problem doing it over and over again. My feeling is already numb with everything.

“Let’s go guys!,”

“Yay! Omma finally I can go to amusement park. My friends told me that it was fun,” Young Jae beams with happiness.

“Of course it will be fun,” I ruffle his hair as I cannot stand his cuteness.

“I cannot wait until we arrive,” He jumps excitedly.

“Let’s get going right now if we want to arrive early. There must be a lot that we will play,” Changjo open the door for us.

“Thank you Changjo,” I thanking him for opening the door for me. He always is being the gentleman.

“It’s my treat today,” Changjo suddenly say when we are inside the car.

“No! I want to treat us today. You already treat us a lot so now it’s my time to treat you,” I protest at his request.

“It’s too late. I already buy the tickets,” He pulled out the ticket from his pocket and shows it in front of me.

“Yah!! How could you buy it so early?,” I pout at him.

“Treat me another times okay Chanhee,”

“You always say like that but at the end I still cannot treat you anything,” I pout even more at him.

“There’s always next time Chanhee,” Changjo trying to please me.

“Fine! Then for today lunch you cannot pay for anything. I want to treat you. If you still pay it I will not talking to you for a week,” I already made up my mind. I still want to treat him something today.

“I’m sure you will not stand not talking to me for a week. You must be missing chatting with me,” Changjo chuckle at me.

“You think I cannot do that?,” I glare at him. How dare he laugh at me? He must be thinking I cannot do that.

“I don’t think so,” Changjo giving me the impossible look on his face.

“Yah! You’re mean,” I shout at him and turn away from looking at him. I decide to just keep quiet until we reach there.

“I think we already arrive,” Changjo announce after a while driving. 

“Really? Then let’s go out now!!,” Young Jae glue up his face to the window, looking outside.

“Hold on Young Jae-ah, we have to park the car first,” I told him while looking an empty space.

“Hurry up! Hurry up!,” Young Jae excitedly begging at us.

“Aigoo.. my baby is so excited today,” I chuckle seeing him way too happy today.

“Of course!!!,”

After we find the parking then I’m being pulled excitedly by Young Jae. We even are running to get inside the park. Changjo could only chuckle seeing our behaviour. He must be thinking I’m also as childish as my son even though the truth is I’m older than him. Sometimes I wonder why Changjo mature faster than me. Shouldn’t I the one who mature first? After all I already have a son compared to him which is still single until today.

When we are inside, I could see Young Jae face shining with happiness. Nothing could compare with what I’m feeling when I’m seeing him happy. He is my source of happiness. I let Young Jae decide which one we should go first since he is the one who want to come here. 

After two hours riding so many things in this park I feel really tired. When I look at Young Jae, he is still energetic compare to me who already looking for a place to sit. Changjo then pulled me to the bench that vacant in front of us.

“Are you tired Chanhee?,” Changjo ask me.

“Of course! Two hours non-stop playing all those things really making me feels tired,” I feel so exhausted from all those rides.

“Young Jae-ah, look at your omma. He sounding like an old man already,” Changjo mocking me in front of Young Jae.

“Yeah hyung. There still a lot that we want to play,” Young Jae agreeing with Changjo.

“Yah!! How could you say this in front of me? You guys are so mean,” I pout at them. I know my body is a bit weak when it comes to physical activities.

“Omma, come on. Let’s play more,” Young Jae persuade me to keep playing with him.

“Let’s just wait for a while. I need to recover my energy,”

“Here. That’s an energy kisses,” Young Jae suddenly pecking my cheeks.

“Aigoo.. my baby is so nice giving me his energy. Now I feel better. Let’s play more,” I cup his face and ruffle his hair. He is so considerate to me.

“Yay!!,”

When we are about to go riding the Ferris wheel, my eyes spot someone which making me stop my track. I blinking my eyes to ensure what I’m seeing is right. After seeing the image didn’t faded away, I truly sure what I’m seeing is right. I should have known he is always being a playboy. But why when I’m seeing him with someone my heart feel like it’s bleeding again.

Without I knowing Changjo also looking in the same direction as me. He must know why I suddenly stop walking and feeling dejected. I look down to the ground trying to push aside all those sad feeling. Then, I feel a hand wrapped around my shoulder. I lift my head up and see Changjo smile at me as if giving me some strength to withstand the pain inside my heart.

I reply him back with a small smile even though I feel it’s hard for me to smile in this state. I know he always is beside me, supporting me when I’m at my lowest. Ignoring with what I’m seeing, I continue walking. But unfortunately, destiny has written the opposite. Byunghun suddenly come up to us and greet us.

“Hye Young Jae, Chanhee. I told you we will meet again,” Byunghun say while looking at me. I know he directed his words to me since I told him to not meet us again.

Urghh… why I have to face him again.
