Jung Soojung is an average high school girl living with her dad. She has this huge crush on her next door neighbor and school's number one soccer player, Choi Minho. He's liked by any girls that's why Soojung believes that he would forever be an impossible dream for her and being his neighbor and friend is already enough for her.

Then comes her twin sister, Jung Krystal. She came from San Francisco where she lived with their mother. Though the twin sisters have similar physical features and almost the same voice, they are very much different from each other. Krystal is the outgoing, popular and glamorous one. She's even known to be a heartbreaker. While Soojung is the reserved and simple one.

Minho then falls for Krystal when she arrived in Seoul. Minho seeks Soojung's help for him to be loved by Krystal.

But then something happened that forced Soojung to pretend and be Krystal. At the end, when Minho finds out about everything, would he make the right choice of whom he really loves? Would Soojung have her happy ending when everything she had with Minho was just something borrowed?
