Behind Enemy Lines
Description
"You want to know what I think? I think you're one of those pretty faces who would do just about anything—even push people down carelessly—to get what you want."
That's what he said. Song Jae Rim.
Who would have guessed, right? I really thought our first filming went well. I even thought it went better than anyone could have imagined. Our chemistry was off the charts, our conversations felt natural, and the staff were squeal-swooning nonstop. Exactly how a great onscreen married couple should be.
But as it turns out, it was too good to be true.
Because the moment the camera stopped rolling was when the moment I found out. It was all just an act. The guy actually hates me. What a jerk. What a big, fat, lying, arrogant jerk!
He wanted me to drop the show. I could see it in his eyes. He wasn't even trying to hide it. His beautiful smile was angelic but threatening at the same time. Taunting me to back down. Taunting me to turn my back and leave.
Why he wanted me to do that, I have no idea. But I do know two things. First, I don't deserve those words. Especially when it was coming from a superficial jerk like him.
And the second?
Hell would freeze over before I give him what he wants.
