Yoon Ji Hyun or Jihyun 

17 years old  Junior High School Student.  A noble daughter of the Yoon family, who owns the  most  prestigious school in the U.S. and in Korea. At the age of 15, Ji Hyun's mother become illed, and has been hospitalize for almost 2 years now. Before her mother was still healthy, Ji Hyun was always smiling and lively. However, for almost 2 years of seeing her mother getting weaker and weaker everyday, she slowly became unhappy and dejected. Even at point where she no longer cared for anything around her execept about the fact of her mother's situation. Will she be able to smile away those sorrowful times? But how? Now that she no longer care for anything.

Oh  Sehun 

17 years old Junior High School Student. Sehun's family lives in the province far away from the city of Seoul, Korea. Due to the lack of money, Sehun left his hometown to travel to the city in order to earn some money to cure his sick younger brother. Before he goes to the big city, he applied as a transfered student using his smartness in academics. Luckily, he got accepted and got a full schoarship. He applied to different jobs but one only accepted him. While being a student, he is also a dish washer and waiter in a small restaurant near from his school. Will he be able to handle all those hardships thrown to him? When will he finally care about his own self? Is he still going to let his own happiness slip away?
