He was so busy brooding to himself that he almost missed it, and had he blinked, he might never have known what lied behind that shop window. There, in the window of a small shop on a road off from the main square, was a porcelain angel figurine. It wasn’t just any kind of figurine, though, for its wings appeared to be almost soft, as though real feathers had spouted from the robes of this angelic figure, whose eyes seemed to peer directly into Jonghyun’s soul. It wasn’t in a customary angelic position, either, for the figure’s arms lay crossed in front of him, and his unruly blonde hair stuck out in every direction all at once, and the figure almost looked... angry about it? As though such unruliness was blasphemous and peeved him to his very core. Something about the figure called to Jonghyun, though, and he stepped into the shop without hesitation.
