“Freshman year and the first day of a new school, I’m so excited!” Hyoyeon smiled while walking into the school. “Is this really Seoul High School?” Hyoyeon asked with wide open.

Hyoyeon was from Incheon and moved to Seoul because her mom got a new job.

“Yah, look at that girl,” a girl pointed.

“I know, looks like she’s new,” girl number two said.

“Looks like a nerd with those big glasses,” the first girl laughed and walked off.

“It’s okay Hyoyeon! It’s only the first day!” Hyoyeon said to herself and kept walking around and accidentally bumped into someone.

“I’m sorry,” Hyoyeon bowed while trying to find her glasses.

“Hey, are you new?” the girl asked.

“N-Ne,” Hyoyeon nodded.

“Well I’m Yuri,” the girl smiled.

“Annyeonghaseyo, I’m Hyoyeon,” Hyoyeon put her glasses back on.

“I saw those girls earlier, don’t mind them,” Yuri smiled.

“Who are they?” Hyoyeon asked.

“The short one with the big eyes is Hara, the tall and goddess looking one is Gyuri,” Yuri explained.

“I see…” Hyoyeon nodded.

The two kept walking and got to know each other more and more, until someone caught Hyoyeon’s eyes.

“Who’s that?” Hyoyeon asked while staring at the guy dancing.

“He’s the dancing machine of the school, Lee Hyukjae,” Yuri explained.

“Hyukjae?” Hyoyeon asked.

“But he goes by Eunhyuk,” Yuri said.

“That’s a cool name,” Hyoyeon smiled.

“Campus crush, every girl wants him, especially Gyuri,” Yuri said.

“What?” Hyoyeon asked.

“He is cute and handsome and all, but he probably dated every single queenka,” Yuri explained.

“Well then, let’s get to class,” Hyoyeon smiled.

~A Week Later

“Eunhyuk is really-,” Hyoyeon started.

“Heartbreaker? Jerk? Player?” Yuri asked.

“No…” Hyoyeon said.

“Mwoh?!” Yuri shouted.

“I mean he looks like a good guy,” Hyoyeon smiled.

“Hyoyeon…no no no…It’s high school, first year of high school, second week of school, don’t tell me you like him!” Yuri shouted.

“Well…I mean…he’s…I don’t know,” Hyoyeon blushed.

“Oh great…” Yuri muttered.

“What up my man?!” Eunhyuk shouted and did a handshake with Yesung.

“Freshmen year, and we’re already kingkas,” Yesung laughed.

“And it’s only the second week of school,” Eunhyuk laughed.

“Look over there,” Yesung pointed.

“You mean Gyuri?” Eunhyuk chuckled.

“No…Yuri…Look,” Yesung said.

“Okay…Who’s that girl?” Eunhyuk asked.

“I heard she’s new, from Incheon,” Yesung told him. “Why?”

“I don’t know…She’s seems…boring,” Eunhyuk said.

“Then go ahead and stare at Gyuri,” Yesung chuckled.

“That’s what I’ve been doing,” Eunhyuk laughed.

~A Couple Months Later

“Yuri!!!” Hyoyeon called while running to her.

“What?” Yuri asked.

“Did he come by yet?” Hyoyeon asked.

“Oh you mean Eun-,” Yuri got cut off.

“You’re so lucky his locker is right next to you, I wish I could have your locker,” Hyoyeon sighed.

“Feel free to take it, he’s a jerk,” Yuri said.

“Yuri, I told you not to say that,” Hyoyeon muttered.

“But it’s the truth, I mean he’s in my first period and eww!” Yuri said disgustingly.

“I wish I was there,” Hyoyeon sighed.

“That’s because you didn’t pick dancing class,” Yuri shook her head.

“Yah!! Kwon Yuri!!” someone called.

“Omo! He’s coming!” Hyoyeon blushed.

“Aish, calm down!” Yuri said.

“Hey Yuri!” Eunhyuk bumped into her.

“Aish,” Yuri muttered.

“Do you have a pencil I can borrow?” Eunhyuk asked.

“No,” Yuri answered rudely and slammed her locker.

“I-I have one,” Hyoyeon answered and held it in front of him.

“Thanks,” Eunhyuk kicked his locker and ran off.

“Hyoyeon! Why did you do that?!” Yuri shouted.

“Because he needed a pencil,” Hyoyeon replied.

“Aish!” Yuri replied and slammed her locker.

~Before Winter Break

“Yuri-ah, here you go,” Hyoyeon smiled while handing her a candy cane.

“Kamsahabnida! Here you go too,” Yuri gave her a candy cane.

“Thank you!” Hyoyeon smiled. “E-Eunhyuk,” Hyoyeon pointed.

“Don’t tell me you will give him a-,” Yuri started.

“Man, I want a candy cane!” Eunhyuk muttered.

“Here, you can have one,” Hyoyeon gave it to him.

“Really?” Eunhyuk asked.

“N-Ne,” Hyoyeon nodded.

“What do you say?” Yuri asked before Eunhyuk ran off.

“Thank you!” Eunhyuk laughed and left.

“See he has no manners!” Yuri complained.

“Yuri, my heart says something else though,” Hyoyeon said.

“For goodness sake Hyoyeon we’re in high school!!” Yuri muttered.

~Valentine’s Day

“I got green apple lollipops,” Hyoyeon said.

“So what you’re saying is…Since I told you he liked green apple lollipops…you got it?” Yuri asked.
