ABOUT THE APARTMENT
In this parallel universe, idols aren't controlled by their management or forced to be who they should be. The idols in this world get to choose accordingly by their own state of mind. They are to be the ones controlling what they do and are therefore responsible for their own actions. With that, the Convivencia Apartment comes in to shelter those who are in need of a home and of course, a loving family. In this place, idols can stay relaxed and live in harmony with one another.
RENTAL CONTRACT ( rules + guidelines )
001. This is a closed semi-au roleplay. With that, you are to portray your character here with your chosen attitude in an enclosed settlement along with other idols. Also, you are only to follow the residents in the Landlord's following.
002. Since this roleplay revolves around an apartment, we expect you to take advantage of such theme and use it into your roleplaying.
003. There is a ban imposed on out of character talks on any aspect whether it is your current situation, fangirling, or talks about fl and another rp. That is a big no here. Please understand.
004. Please know your character well in order to avoid ruining their image for other people. Do not be a stuck-up brat who facechases and gives biased replies.
005. Relationships of any kind is allowed and is not limited. However, you will only be permitted to be in a relationship if both parties have been committed to this rp for one week and with a total of 700+ tweets. If, in some cases, you are moving in as a couple, do inform the Landlord about it.
006. Timeline can be of any rating at all.
007. Tell the Landlord if you are to change characters or change your chosen apartment. However, if you are leaving or thinking of leaving, please let it stay in dms. If we see you talking about leaving just for kicks, we aren't afraid to kick you out.
008. Literacy is highly encouraged in order to bring a real sense of conversation amongst you and the other idols.
009. The Landlord is to be informed about your whereabouts. There is a need to mention / dm the Landlord when going on a hiatus ( maximum of 20 days ) or semi-hiatus ( maximum of 10 days ) However, if there is a need of an extension, please talk it out with an admin.
010. We expect you to be active if you're joining. Don't always hide in dms. 50+ tweets within 24 hrs upon arrival. 4 days inactivity without any notice shall result to a kick out.
MOVING INTO THE APARTMENT ( how to join )
001. Read the contract carefully before proceeding.
002. Check the apartment and the masterlist to choose your character.
003. Comment below for reservations with the following format:

004. Patiently wait for reservation approval.
005. Create your account. 0 followings and 0 tweets. Format: (idol)cv or (idol)xcv
006. Place convivencia + your apartment name somewhere in your bio/location.
007. Mention the Landlord of your arrival.
008. Settle into your apartment and get to know your neighbors!
