Seoul Street Clique is the new name of the Korean Gangster Association . The KGA was formed in 1957 by Han Donghyuk, and was the first gang association in the country. The KGA brought together all gangs in Korea under one leadership, and thus controlled most of the country from the inside out. KGA ownership was passed down by generation and eventually renamed. Membership has decreased over the years but the Clique holds the rightful ownership to the most powerful neighborhoods in Seoul, which means little competition and nothing to worry about.

Until the SCBC shows up.

The Clique is about to get a run for their money.
