It was another afternoon turn for the young nurse Cho Kyuhyun.

It was in the middle of the war. Soldiers rushed in the little hospital every minute. Towels passed by drenched in their fresh blood. Cries of agony were heard everywhere, but Cho Kyuhyun couldn’t look anywhere.

He was stubborn, he disobeyed his superior's orders and stayed beside a young soldier with severe injuries. Everybody told him that he was going to die. They were gracious enough to bring him to the hospital because of his broken leg, they thought he just had a broken leg, but the hidden shot at his right side had given way for almost all the blood in his body to leave. No one would transfer blood to him. He was a lost cause, but stubborn kyuhyun was captived by this young soldier.

He was gorgeous.

He is gorgeous.

Kyuhyun refused to let him die. He quickly wrapped his leg, and put pressure on his bullet wound. He was faintly breathing.... and murmuring. Was he saying his last words? Kyuhyun got closer, and found the soldier praying. Indeed, he also thought he was going to die.

“Be strong, you are going to live!" Kyuhyun put more pressure and looked around for help, finding nothing. He looked one more time to the soldier, directly into the now open black eyes. A few tears running along his dirty cheeks.

"You are so beautiful, angel. Did you come to pick me up?"

Kyuhyun couldn’t help but cry himself. "I'm here to save you."

The soldier smiled in relief. "Thank you."

He took a last breath and died looking at his angel.
