My name is Mary Anne and I am still a student at Victory High School.

This is my last year in this school.

I am not a pretty girl but I am known by my identity as a smart student in the school.

Bookworm is my nickname because my habit to bring wherever I go except to the toilet.

With the glasses on my eyes, the students especially male students always disturb me

until one day, something miracle have happened.

My lucky day started with my favourite breakfast,

a slice of sandwich and a glass of hot chocolate.

After done eating my food, I went to library.

As I busy with my work, someone pat my shoulder, behind.

I turned around and found that a fair handsome boy was in front of my eyes.

“Hello??, miss, do you have a class? It’s nine o’clock already,” he said.

I came back to reality when I heard about my class.

“I am sorry..” I said while cleaned up the mess.

When I saw his gentle smile, made my heart missed a beat.

I was not focused at all for what my teacher was saying in the class.

I smiled from ear to ear when remembered about his soft-spoken language and his smile.

After the class ended, I went to the school canteen to have my food.

It was because my stomach was so hungry, I eventually forgot about my prince charming.

Having noddles and carrot juice made my appetite wided.

But unfortunately, there was a group of girls pushed me and my food was on the dirty floor.

My tears was treated to flow when I heard their evil laughing.

“Serves you right!”

Without my expected, there was a hand helped me to get and stood by myself.

He was my prince charming!

I was still doing my poker face although my heart was jumping excited inside.

“What’s wrong with you all? Can you just leave her alone?” he was seethed them with anger.

After a while, he took my hand to follow him.

“Where’re we going?” I asked him, curiously.

“Just wait and see..”

Seeing that moment make me very the top of my heart.

I was very happy with him.

He took me to a garden that full of roses.

Their smell make my heart became calm.

“This is for you. I know you’re hungry,” he smiled.

I took the sandwiches after thanked him a lot.

Without my knowledge, we had became closer starting from that day.

Until one day, as usually, I went to his favourite garden and brought some food for us.

As I waited, someone who introduced himself as a bestfriend to my prince charming have told me about him.

“He was headed to Australia because his parents want him to learn business in there."

I dumbfounded.

My tongue was freeze as an ice because I could not talk anything.

What I did, was crying because he left me without saying any words or goodbyes.

Next five years,

I was a famous chef at five stars hotel.

I was charged in Italian and Korean foods.

Although I was succeed with my work but I still remember my prince charming .

The garden that full of roses, was my second place that I usually go after my workplace.

As usually, I ended my work at 9.00 p.m. and I headed to the garden with my car.

From far, I saw the garden was full of colourful lights and it was very attractive.    

With the butterflies in my stomach, I went to the garden slowly.

Many things appeared in my mind, a thief, a couple and anything else.

I nearly jumped out of my skin when I saw a person that I was really missed.

He saw me and walked towards me slowly.

Out of blue, he took out a small red box and open it for me.

“Will you marry me?” he asked.

I saw a beautiful ring inside it and I could not say anything unless by shook my head.

At last, we smiled each other as we finally headed home together.
