Loved and Left
A Kris and Tao one-shot

Kris taught Tao. Tao learned. Kris protected Tao. Tao felt secure. Kris love Tao. Tao love him as well. Kris left Tao. Tao cried like hell.

Kris was everything he had.

Tao and Kris met in SM entertainment. Being foriegn trainees, they were bullied a lot. Espeically Tao. But Kris stood by him and protected him from the other trainees.  Tao relied on Kris a lot, since they had no family with them. They were everything each other had. When the practices got tough, they will lean on each other. When they missed their families, they cried on each others' shoulders. When they were confirmed to debut as a member of EXO(M), all Kris felt he had the whole world - a secure career and his Tao to be next to him.

They bonded with the other 10 members, but the bond between them never disapppered. Tao got close to Sehun, one of the Korean memdbers in EXO. Kris was appointed as the leader of EXOM. In the midst of the preparation, Kris made private twitter accounts for Tao and himself. They only followe each other. Tao thought the idea was silly, "what for?" he would ask. But he uses it anyway, to talk to Kris

EXO was a bit hit, having sasaengs since their predebut. The members often recieved calls from the sasaengs and all of them hate it. They can't text or call in peace but somehow, the sasaengs never got to know of Kris's and Tao's private twitter accounts. That was how Kris and Tao communicated. After months of waiting, they finally debuted. All of the members are happy to be on stage and have fans. They went to many countries to perform and they all enjoyed it even though it was really tiring for them.

Throughout the many months, the members have gotten stronger than ever. But Kris's health continues to detoriate. None of the members knew. Kris would secretly go to the hospitals to recieve treatment. He never told the members; he didn't want them to worry. His company knew, but did nothing to help him. Instead, they just gave them more work to do. Kris did not return with the other members to South Korea. Tao questioned, but Kris just shook his question off

 All hell broke loose when Kris didn't come for their schedule.

Kris filed a lawsuit against the company. The day Kris did not return to Korea and did not go for the schedule, EXO won an award for one of the music shows. But the members did not go to receive it, only Suho did. The members were confused, worried and terrified. Tao was affected the most. None of the members understood what happened. They tried to contact him, but there was no answer. They felt betrayed. 

Tao couldn't contact Kris. Kris wouldn't reply. There were no news of the other male.

Tao cried a lot. He felt that he lost everything. Nothing could comfort him.

All hell broke loose in Tao's world.
