There she was, just like any other day, walking towards the door that led to the rooftop.
There he was, just like any other day, sat in a simple classroom.
There she was, her ghost-like presence fleeting past everyone unnoticed.
There he was, laughing with his friends without a care in the world.
There she was, the mysterious Kang Hyekyo.
There he was, the carefree Park Chanyeol
There she was, admired by both students and faculty for her cool exterior.
There he was, admired by friends and strangers for his pleasant personality.
There she was, as always, alone.
There he was, as always, watching her.
"Then I'll meet you all over again, forever if I have to."
Foreword
Kang Hyekyo
A well known member of the school, admired for her calm and mysterious exterior.
In spite of her obvious popularity amongst the students, she is always alone and
spends every single lunch break in solitude on the rooftop.
But there's a reason for the distance she keeps between her and
the rest of the student body.
A reason which to everyone else is but a rumor not worth caring about.
Everyone but Chanyeol.
Park Chanyeol
A popular member of the student body, known for his joyful yet caring demeanour.
Despite having only just returned aftering abroad for almost 3 years, he is quickly
accepted back into the inner circle of his former friendship group.
But even if he is happy with his new life, he can't help but notice the evanescent
presence of Kang Hyekyo.
The girl who everyone seems to love yet not know a single thing about.
He vows to become the one who does.
