Description
Kim Minseok, an ordinary guy who wanted nothing more then to become a doctor. This was the way his parents raised him, making him focus on his future career, relationships later. This made becoming a doctor his top priorty as he grew older. Finally after becoming a doctor, he's long forgotten about falling in love. Although because of his charisma and ambition, two special people start to view him differently.
His best friend Luhan who also became a doctor starts to pursue Minseok, wanting to express how he feels in more ways then one.
His new patient Lay, who falls for Minseok at first sight and won't let anything or anyone get in his pursuit of love.

Although now it's to late, to far gone beyond the line of return. All this hopeless dreaming can't first what's already been done. The only way out is either victory or failure.
