Tae So Hee was a junior in Tae Song Academy alongside her best friend, L.Joe whom she met when they were just little. After the disappearance of her missing sister, she was abandoned at her parents’ close friend who was a retired famous doctor; Peter-sshi’s house where he took care of her. She tried countless of times trying to find where her parents were but failed miserably. After a few years, during her elementary school years she finally moved on and stopped.

Finally, she enrolled in Tae Song Academy with the aid of her high grades since Peter-sshi was the kind of ajusshi who didn’t have much money to pay for their fees. It was now her third year and the story opens to where was showed that she hoped the year could finally turn out to be a good once since L.Joe and her were always the main target for being punching bags by their peers, being called ‘The Orphans’.

The year turned out to be worse; she was being accused for the accident where someone tried to kill her friend, Chanmi who got into a coma later. Through this, people started to detest her, especially the main popular boy groups; EXO and Teen Top where they bullied her. L.Joe even turned his back against her, not trusting her anymore.

But what if someone witnessed the accident and knew that So Hee was actually innocent? What if when people found out, they started to apologize with guilt? What if Kai and L.Joe started to grow feelings for her?

Family (She has no knowledge of this)

                    : Father- Mr.Tae (Headmaster, financer of Tae Song Academy)

           : Mother- Mrs.Tae (Benefactor of Tae Song Academy)

                        : Sister- Tae Jin Hee (Died in a car accident at the age of 16)

So Hee was the kind of girl who likes to go to the library and come out with another ten borrowed books.

She was a bright and smart student, eager to please people especially her teachers though this makes her friends call her a dork, she doesn’t care- as long as she could get the highest mark for her level. The only subject that she was bound to get an A- let alone pass was music class. In order to pass this class, you had to at least know how to sing and play an instrument. She could only play the piano and sing, but she would not dare to sing in front of her peers because of insecurity. She plays the piano well.

She was the kind who doesn’t really care much about her appearance and wouldn’t do that even if someone was willing to pay her 50000 won. Her weight was really unhealthy for an average height and her age. She had rough skin and messy hair which she doesn’t bother about. She has horrible acne, blackheads and hair problem- says people even if it wasn’t that horrible. She wears a pair of huge, thick framed glasses and her hair into two ponytails. She usually wears baggy clothes and didn’t mind wearing her pajamas to the convenient store.

She is best friends with L.Joe for a long time and lives with him and his uncle at a flat in Seoul.

Goal: A well-known music composer and musician.

Name : Lee Byung Hun  (L.Joe)

Age/Birthday : 16/23^rd November

School : Tae Song Academy – 3^rd year (junior)

Family : Father –died in a car accident.

                         : Mother- died from cancer.                              

         : Brother- Lee Soung Hyun (missing)

He is not really a good student at school but with the help of So Hee’s tutoring, he passes. He isn’t very popular at school alongside So Hee. Sure, the girls gossip about how he looks really handsome and manly but mostly, he and So Hee were known as the ‘Orphan Twins’. Even if he didn’t like it, he had a habit of trying to pick a fight from people; especially the ones who hurt So Hee.

He’s actually a rebellious and untamed person but he tries at times to be more polite and caring. He’s like this since he was a child when his family slowly faded away from him. He tries to be better because he had started to grow feelings for So Hee.

Goal in life : Marry SoHee for his own sake. She keeps him both happy and sane.

Name : Kim Jong In  (Kai)

Age/Birthday : 17/ 14^th January

School : Tae Song Academy - 4^th and last year (Senior)

Kai transferred to Tae Song Academy along with his 5 other friends, forming a group called EXO-K. People who tried to anger or disobey them, the group will try to punish them.

This school could allow students enroll if they passed their qualifying exam which people found really hard. Others could enroll into the school with rich parents.

Kai was the type of person who was quiet and always sleeping in class. He only talked to people in his ‘clique’. He usually goes out late at night to dance at the school dance studio to prepare to become an SM trainee, which people don’t know about other than his friends.  

He's an average student, unlike his friends who liked to skip class.

Goal in life: To be successful in life and also be a singer.

Name : Park Chan Mi

Age/Birthday : 16/19^thJune

         School : Tae Song Academy – 3^rd year (Junior)

Family  : Parents - Mr. and Mrs. Park

                 : Brother - Park Chan Yeol from EXO-K.

Chan Mi became So Hee's bestfriend when they both met in music class during their first year when they were assigned to play the piano –SoHee’s specialty-  and the violin –ChanMi’s specialty- whereas they found themselves to play in sync and perfect rhythm.

Only Chan Mi, L.Joe, the teachers and all the school staff knew about So Hee being the headmaster and headmistress's child. Reason being So Hee's parents wanted her to be independent, driving her away to Uncle Landlord’s house one night and leaving her there. As an old friend, they trusted him to take good care of her.

Going through all this, Chan Mi had always been by So Hee's side : helping her, comforting her and so on. She is quite popular at school since her brother is in the EXO-K group and owns a flawless beauty.

Name : Lee Chan Hee  (Chunji)

Age/Birthday : 17/5^th October

School : Tae Song Academy – 4^th year and last year (Senior)

         Family : Chunji is the only child but he considers his other 4 friends

  : Changjo, Ricky, Niel and C.A.P as his brothers 

Chunji is a bright and active student at Tae Song Academy. He was the type of person that made girls swoon around him, which makes him really annoyed. Despite all of the other flawless girls who try their best to get him, he only had his eyes on one person since he was just a young boy- Park Chan Mi. He didn’t know why but she kept on rejecting his offers and efforts for 11 years.

He had already the perfect life that he wanted but all he needed left was Chan Mi. He had the popularity, the so-okay grades and a satisfying family. The only thing that he was afraid of was that Chan Mi would not accept him for the rest of his life.

Goal: Have Chan Mi as his soulmate.

Name: Oh Se Hun (Sehun)

Age/Birthday: 17/12^th April

School: Tae Song Academy-4^th year and last year (Senior)

Sehun is also a quiet person who only liked to talk to people in his clique. He was also in EXO-K. With his charms and his brains, he also had the ability to attract girls around him. Though, same with Chunji, he wasn’t attracted to them and usually get annoyed; sometimes he even snapped at them which made a freshman cried. The only difference is that he wasn’t chasing anybody because he already had Chan Mi as his soulmate.

Nobody knew about Chan Mi’s relationship since Sehun was afraid that her brother, Chanyeol who was also in EXO-K would be mad at them and disapprove of their relationship. It was the date-your-best-friend’s-sister crisis. They usually hung out at the bridge at Namsan Tower at least once a month with Sehun driving them there. They were truly in love with each other; nothing would stop their unrequited love.
