Description
There is only one thing that deters the optimism of Lee Haneul, and that is dismal relationship of her bestest friend and the guy she secretly loves. It's no secret in Shinhwa High that half-brothers Kim Jongdae and Kim Jongin greatly dislikes each other. The Kim brothers, who are as opposite as night and day, are two of the most important people in her life. Yet despite how much Haneul wanted to help them, she too has long given up the hope that they'll ever be in friendly terms with each other. Until they reached Senior year and she began hoping -- just slightly hoping -- that maybe this year will be different for all of them.

When people ask us how we lived our lives, the most essential stories we share would most likely include the unconventional friendships we formed over the years, the love stories we created and fulfilled, the lessons we learned from our toughest experiences, or those turning point moments caused by decisions we made when we are trying to find ourselves.
This is the narration of the most essential stories of different individuals whose paths have crossed and how finding each other led them to gain answers to questions they didn't even know they had in the first place.
What is measurement of best luck? And of them all, who has the best luck?

Author's Note:
This story is inspired by the TV series "One Tree Hill" and some random EXO songs, including Chen's Best Luck (from which I borrowed the title). It came to me while my best friend was re-watching OTH for the nth time and I was catching up on TLP fancams. There are little details I got from OTH while writing this so if you watched the series and recognize them you can point them out. :) But other than these details, nothing in the main plot of the story is similar or lifted from it.
