The said man was being dragged away by a shorter man as they heard the siren echoed at a distance in the darkness of the night

' man, that was close ' their backs were pressed against the wall of the alley trying to avoid the flashlights from the uniform men

' I was close too ' the red haired one told his best friend as they try to catch their breathe ' to snapping his neck '

' You and your temper ' Youngbae said as they escaped from there ' One day it will be the end of you '

' He should have known his limits '

' Whatever, now hurry up ' Jiyong pouted but nonetheless followed his only best friend

' They always managed to escape ' the chief angrily threw the papers away which was being decorated with the headlines

                                  ' Yongsan Police Department being played by young street rookies '

' Ah, I was waiting for you, Seunghyun-ah '

A tall man greeted the chief  ' Chief, is anything the matter? '

The chief sighed heavily ' Have you seen the morning newspaper. The Yongsan police department has become the laughing stock of the town. How come we have not been able to catch the rookies who are creating a ruckus almost every night? Complaints are pouring me, Officer Choi, it has almost been three months '

' We are trying, Chief but they always manage to escape. They are smart and slithery '

' That' s what I am saying, Seunghyun- ah, do something. I dont know what you do, catch them. I am giving you one and half months time '

' One and half months? ' The junior officer said exasperated

' Do you want to do in half months time? '

Seunghyun sighed ' Its ok chief, one and half months is enough '

' Get going then '

Seunghyun bowed and left.

Coming back to his cabin, Choi Seunghyun ruffled his hair frustrated ' How does he expect me to catch him in one and half months? What does he think I am? We have been trying to catch the jerk and his gangs for the last three months '

He exhaled heavily and opened the report that laid on his desk. A picture of a young man looking up at him with an uncare grin almost mocking the officer. His mind reverse back to the incident few days back when he came face to face with the said person

' Kwon Jiyong ' he points his gun at the person standing backfacing him ' Its time you give up yourself '

' Officer Choi ' Jiyong turned back with a sly smile on his face, the red hair, the earring dangling from his one ear, the heavy eyeliner, his wrists heavy with different accessories, a loose tank top, he has the perfect image of a bad boy. He is nicknamed the bad boy and his image perfectly fits him.

' Arent you tired of saying it all the time? ' He asked nonchalantly with a carefree attitude ' Well, I am tired of hearing '

' I dont want to use force Jiyong-shi ' Choi Seunghyun said in a calm but a firm voice ' Its better you turn in by your own '

' Tsk, tsk ' Jiyong shook his head pacing infront of him ' Same again '

 Choi Seunghyun was silent but his eyes never left the other boy, the same was his gun

' Lets do one thing ' Jiyong stopped pacing and faced the officer with the same grin  ' Next time we meet, learn up some other vocabulary. For now, lets part, ok , I am a busy person, Officer Choi '

Jiyong starts to move forward and  the officer tightened his grip on his gun

' You cannot run anywhere, Kwon Jiyong. This is a dead end '

Jiyong just smiled and suddenly something heavy hit Choi Seunghyun' s head making him stumbled on the ground holding his head and the last thing he heard was

' No road is a dead end for me, Officer Choi '

He slammed the report down with force on his desk

' Hyung, are you okay? ' a head peeked in gingerly. Choi Seunghyun looked up and nodded

' I am fine, Seungri, just a bit stressed '

' You should stop taking out your stress on your desk. Its already under a lot of stress with all the files '

' Seungri-ah ' The older said

' Anyway, hyung, wanna go out for a cup of tea? ' The younger asked excitedly with his big smile and child like eyes. Choi Seunghyun shook his head at the younger's energy and stood up ' Let' s go '  He could never say no tothis kid.

Lee Seunghyun, the youngest at the department.
