Foreword

I've been beaten down, I've been kicked around, 
But she takes it all for me. 
And I lost my faith, in my darkest days, 
But she makes me want to believe. 

She is love, and she is all I need. 

 

I had originally sworn that I wouldn't get into Red Velvet, should've figured I'd lie to myself.
But they're my favourites in the group (but Wendy and Joy have their fair share of ruining my life to).

This is the first time I've read a Red Velvet fanfic. I've always committed myself to Taeny and to be frank, I had no idea how I actually decided to click into this one to read it. I got to say, I'm not a fan but I don't regret reading this beautiful written one-shot for a little. I've read countless of fics and the way you write, it seems somehow very gentle and it gives off a different feeling that I can't actually pinpoint. The flow of the story was very subtle and gradual, flowing in a gentle pace. It's short and sweet. There's no specific part that stands out the most but your writing style as well as everything else just adds up to produce a nice- master piece.
Thank you so much for sharing this with us.
P.S I loved how realistic you made this one-shot. Maybe I should get out of my Taeny shell and read other pairings.
