This academy started as a project, which then visualised by the founder of YG Ent. himself, Yang Hyun Suk.

Established in 31st August 2007, the Academy gained instant fame, with applicants around the globe. The first admittance accepted 594 applicants out of 10,500. 

The accepted will learn new skills and tricks throughout their school years which ranges around 2-5 years maximum.

The one who are not accepted are given choices wether to pay the school fees or apply again on the following year.

With a complex school system, they do not press their students with academic subjects or exams instead they will have a specific grading, designed by Yang Hyun Suk himself...
