Description
When the ten years old Byun Baekhyun’s mother died from cancer, he couldn’t afford to smile anymore. He stopped loving people around him except his grandmother, and grew to hate his own father. He was no longer being a happy and cheerful kid like he used to be, but not until he met this particular boy named Do Kyungsoo.
“Why is he always smiled like that… even though the other kids were picking on him?”
Do Kyungsoo is just an ordinary boy who lived with a sick mother and an abusive father. Despite having a traumatic childhood, Kyungsoo often seen smiling and lived his life to the fullest, even though it were just his mother and him. When his mother was beaten nearly to death by his father and was sent to the hospital, an angel came and revived her back to life. He gained his mother back, however, when he learnt that another boy had lost his mother, he somehow felt devastated.
“I knew what it feels like…when you lost someone you loved,”
Little did they know, fate brought them together...as a family.

“Leave mother alone!” Kyungsoo screamed loudly as he tried to stop him, but he was too strong that he easily pushed him hard to the floor. Kyungsoo shrieked in pain.
“Kyungsoo!” His mother screamed frantically. She tried to escape from him but like a monster he was, he pulled her back and slapped on her face.
“I’m not done with you yet,” he smirked, his hand still grabbing her hair. “Now tell me where your money is!”

“Where are you, father? Where are you when mother needs you?” Baekhyun yelled with a hoarse voice.
The man in front of him didn’t say anything. He just standing there just like statue, except his shoulder was a little bit shaking.
“Five hours ago, I was searching for you up and low, father! But I couldn’t find you! Why did you break the promise to be on mother’s side at the end of her life?”
