In the end, SungJong decided to talk to Howon before the swimming and football team's practices started. He apologized and returned the chocolates, saying he couldn't accept them or his feelings. He was caught by surprise when Howon said he wouldn't give up, he would fight for his heart. SungJong wanted to say that was impossible, he was pretty much sure he didn't like boys and that his efforts were for nothing, but he couldn't think of a way to say this without hurting the other even more, so he just stayed quiet before leaving.

During the art's club activities, MyungSoo sent a message to her friends, saying she was going to be late and they could just leave without her; she started this new manga and wanted to, at least, finish the first pages before going home.

It took her a while - it was already dark outside -, but MyungSoo finally finished, grabbing all her things and putting her back. She checked her cellphone, seeing messages from all her friends, all of them saying goodbye - even SungJong went home without her, but of course he tried waiting for her for a whole hour before giving up -.

There was almost no one at school at that hour, all the clubs already finished their activities long ago, so MyungSoo walked without much care, unaware of her surroundings.
