Today at the official building of the newly opened Entertianment Company, Royal Urban Lily, reporters from 'KStar Net' caught up with one of the officials from RULE. It was revealed that they are planning to debut a new girl group, currently dubbed 'Queens'. Speculations have been arising that RULE would debut a group, the girl group nicknamed 'RULE-GIRLS' and rumors of a boy group named 'CACE (pronounced like case).

The official revealed that the girl group will consist of 7 members, and will possibly promote around the world. He also offhandedly mentioned that there is a possibility of 2 Chinese members and 1 Japanese members. The only member that has been released out to the public is the leader, however only her stage name was released.

Leia, her official stage name, was said to be Chinese-American, and was casted in 2010 at the RULE private US audition system. She is said to be 17 years old, but only the second youngest.

Speculation arises that they will debut during the end of September, but some argue they will debut in early October. No official date has been released.
