I LOVE YOU


Being a popular student in your school wasn’t your type, its just, you hated it when you were wanted, they boys were chasing over you and the most annoying thing was, plenty other hot girls in that school hated you. You never wanted that life, being isolated by the other girl, thank god you have such a great loving boyfriend.

Another mess, there was a crazy troublesome guy who was chasing over you and its been already 3 years. He has that look, that charm and he was very funny. Unfortunately, you had to reject him, he wasn’t really your type and he seemed like he was so desperate to have you. No, you felt sorry for him but what else you could do? You were owned. 

"Snap!" your best friend said, trying to wake you up from daydreaming. "You have been staring at that door for about 20 minutes now, come on, what’s in your mind?" she said to you. You shook your head "Nothing, I was just waiting for my boyfriend to come, he promised to take me for lunch and he is 30 minutes late now" you said to her. Suddenly, your phone buzzed, there was a message saying that he couldn’t have lunch with you and you know it was from your boyfriend. You stood up "I need to go now, see ya" you walked to your locker to put your books when you bumped into Chanyeol in the hallway. 

"Sorr-" your words were cut off when he suddenly hushed you and asked you to come with him. You looked at him weirdly when he suddenly took your hand and guided you to a place where you saw your boyfriend with an other girl kissing. It was horrible, you never thought this would happen. You walked towards your boyfriend and slapped him. "This is what you do? To cheat on me? We’re over! Don’t ever come to find me, never again!" you said to him in rather frustrating face. "Baby, listen, she kissed me fir-" he was about to say that when you cut him off "I said we’re over! The end!" you walked away, crying, you didn’t know where to go but just kept walking ahead.

You didn’t realize that Chanyeol was following all the time. You turned around as you felt like there was someone on your back. You saw him, you stopped and looked at him “What do you want?”. “I’m sorry about your boyfriend, I was just trying to help” he replied. “Thank you and now please do not follow me.” you said, still sobbing. “I just want you to know that you are not alone, ____” he said. “Apparently I am” you walked ahead when you saw him, still following you “What do you want again?!” you said to him with an angry tone. “I want you. I promise I won’t cheat on you like he did” he replied. “Get lost!” you walked away, leaving him alone.

The next day, you were on your way to your school, your parents weren’t home so you had to go to school by yourself. That was when you saw him again, Chanyeol. You walk even faster so he won’t go near you, you didn’t want him to keep liking you because you had no feelings towards him. But still, he followed you and grabbed your hand, “Can we walk together?”. “Sorry but, no.” you replied without even look at him. “Is it about yesterday? If so, Im sorry. I shouldn’t have said that to you right after you broke up” he said. You stopped “Chanyeol-sshi~ I have to rush. So goodbye.” You walked away from him straight to your class.

You rested your head on the table, thinking about what you saw yesterday. He was completely out of his mind, you thought he was good enough, but he’s just like your ex-boyfriends who loves to cheat on you. You found that rather annoying, and slammed the desk without noticing that someone was standing next to you. You looked up to see who was it, and it turned to be Chanyeol again. You covered your face, frustrated “What?” . “Nothing, this is for you” he said as he handed you a box of your favorite chocolate. “What is this?” you asked him, how did he know that its your favorite? “Your favorite chocolate. I read about it, eat chocolate to release the stress. I don’t like seeing you like this.” he said to you. “Alright, since its my favorite chocolate, I’ll take it. Thank you” you said as you took the chocolate.

As the school was over that day, you walked to the library to return the books you borrowed. You looked around the library, there was only a few peoples, so you thought it was the perfect time to return the books. “May I help you?” 

"Ah, yes, I want to return this bo-" you said and he cut you off again. "This books?" he said. "You? Again? Haishh, what do you want?!" you replied. He hushed you, "Let me make it clear, I want you and I wont give up on getting you." "Why me? Chanyeol, theres a plenty more pretty, nice and kind girls out there. Trust me, I worth nothing" you said to him. "No, I don’t want any girls but you. You worth everything to me, I spent my last 3 years loving you and I won’t stop halfway." he said. He was so sweet that you melted. You wanted to hide the reality that you started to like him a bit, but you just couldn’t so your face got redden and he noticed it. "You’re turning red, ___-sshi". "Gotta go, bye" you handed him the books and walked out. 

On your way home, everything just happened popped out in your mind. ‘He likes me that bad?’ ‘No no no, you cant be in love with him ___. Guys are the same’ ‘Damn it! I like him! Ahh!’ you slapped yourself, not wanting to think about him, not even once. But that thought kept bothering you. You really didn’t know what to do, you were holding the chocolate he gave you. You looked at him and smiled, ‘Sorry Chanyeol-sshi. I’m going to torture you a bit, so that I know how much you love me and how different are you from my ex-boyfriend’ you said to yourself.

Next day, you already planned what to do. You wanted to ignore him and humiliate him and see how he’s going to react. What did you do is, shouting at him telling him to stop bothering you and everyonee was looking at him annoyingly. But that still, it doesn’t worked out. Next plan, you ignored him all day, but still he smiled and approached you but you rolled your eyes at him and gave him an annoying looks. 

When he was walking to the school gate, you came out and approached him silently “Boo!” He startled, his eyes were opened wide, you can tell that he was shocked. “____, w-what are you doing?”

"Approaching you, in another way, I mean, in my way" you said to him giggling. "Aww, look at your face~" you added. "You ignored me and now..okay, what’s up?" he said. "I-I, erhmm, I-I just, to be honest, I started to have feelings for you and I decided to test you by ignoring you and humiliating you, i was really scared that you’ll be just like my ex-boyfriend. I’m sorry for humiliating you, I did that to confirm that you’re good enough to be my…my next target..I mean, my boy…friend" you said, looking at the other way, embarrassed. He pulled you closer "Listen, I promised that I won’t cheat on you like what your ex did. I will love you with all my heart and I will take care of me. I knew this day would come , so I’ve prepared this words too" he said, giggling. "Oh really? So that is way its not cheesy at all?" you said jokingly. "So a date, perhaps?" he asked you. You nodded "Y-yeah, a date" you replied.
