On September 21^st 2007 , SNSD’s sister group ‘ U-n-me’  ( Pronouced You-and-me ) debuted with ‘ Kissing You’. They were given more attention than SNSD in those months because of their bursting popularity.

In 2008 , U-n-me kept on continuing with her Korean promotions and earned worldwide popularity from overseas awards they earned such as Teen Choice awards and more. Their MV ‘ Mr. Playboy’ became a viral hit , causing them to earn more fans.

U-n-me were called ‘Queens of Kpop’ because of their success in overseas markets such as japan , china , US. They were achieving popularity and fame quickly , they were loved by fans.

But all of that came to end in 2011 ,6 Members went on hiatus due to family problem , stress , or just the feeling of discontent. They were at the brink of disbanding , that’s when U-n-me decided to take a break from activities. Soonly other groups took their spot in the kpop world. They weren’t longer called the ‘Queens of Kpop’.

These days , fans and netizens have been asking SM what happen to U-n-me. Some people think they disband , some people think they are still out there.

But now , U-n-me are coming back and planning to achieve their spot they had years ago. Will they succeed?
