Eun Ji's P.O.V.

I stared at my phone, hoping Chanyeol would change his mind and text me to meet up with me today.

A knock came through from the door and in comes, Minhyuk with two cups of bubble tea in his hand.

He handed me mine and sat down on the bed.

"Isn't Chanyeol gonna show up? You've been staring at your phone for hours." he exclaimed as he sipped from his bubble tea

"He won't." I muttered

"Why?" he asked

"Because he said so." I simply stated

"Why don't you text him or call him?" he suggested

Should I?

I sighed and grabbed my phone. I dialed Chanyeol's number and waited for him to answer my call.

"Anyeonghaseyo!" he greeted cheerfully yet panting a bit

"Uh, hey Chanyeol. I just wanna ask if you're already okay." I uttered

"Oh. I'm fine, Eun Ji. Stop worrying about me." his voice changed into a serious one

"But you kept frowning last night." I stated

He sighed and said, "If you don't want to believe in what I say then wait for me there. We'll go somewhere."

"But you said you're bu-"

"We're already done with our dance practice. Just wait for me there, okay?" he spoke 

"Okay. Bye." I said as I hung up

I looked at Minhyuk who is focused on his phone while sipping from his bubble tea.

"So, how did it go?" he asked

"You know, if you didn't tell me to call him, I guess I'm still staring at my phone." I uttered

He chuckled and said, "What did he say?"

"He just told me to wait for him then we'll go somewhere." I replied

"Then change!" he commanded as I quickly obeyed him

I got out from the bathroom, wearing a white long sleeve shirt a bit tucked into my black plaid skirt and a pair of Vans blue-green dip dye. 

I plopped back down on the bed with Minhyuk.

"Wow! You really prepared to impress Chanyeol." he teased

"Yah! I didn't!" I defended myself, but to be honest, I'm blushing

"I gotta go meet Soojung now. Bye" he spoke as he stood up and left me

I stood up from the bed and grabbed my small blue shoulder bag and threw my phone in there. Soon, I head towards the living room to wait for Chanyeol there instead.

Soon enough, the door bell rang and I quickly went towards the door and opened it.

"Anyeonghaseyo!" I greeted him with a bow

"U-uh, let's g-go?" he stuttered, smiling

He offered his hand and I gladly took his hand.

We entered his car and as he got inside, awkward silence took over the place.

"You look beautiful." he exclaimed as he started to drive

Hopefully, I didn't blush with that simple three words he dragged.

I just giggled and tried to stay calm.

After a minute or so, I decided to give him back a compliment.

"You always look nice." I said, breaking the silence

He shook his head, smiling and parked the car.

"Where are we?" I asked

"We're in a carnival." he answered, smiling

We both got out from his car and entered the carnival.

It's the same carnival that NaEun and I visited days ago.

I suddenly remembered the huge teddy bear I want to get.

And of course, NaEun's statement.

Until now, it still brings me to confusion, but I guess she didn't mean anything about it, right?

I suddenly stopped when I finally saw the huge light brown teddy bear and watched as people try their best to knock down the six cans.

"Eun Ji! What are staring at?" Chanyeol exclaimed, making me face him

"Uh.. I was just watching them try their best." I replied

He smiled and grabbed my hand, dragging me towards the booth where they have the bear I wanted.

He paid for three balls and soon, he threw the balls with his strength, but failed so he paid for another three balls.

"Yah! What are you doing?" I questioned

"I know you want that huge bear so I'm gonna get you what you want." he uttered, smiling

I kinda blushed and said, "You don't need to. You're just wasting your money."

"Shh! I'm gonna get you that bear." he spoke

I watch at him and he really is focused so I didn't bother him, instead, I just sat on the bench which is across the stall where he is playing.

After five minutes or so, I decided to play with my phone instead of watching Chanyeol play.

I felt someone sat down beside me so I looked up to see who it is and it's Chanyeol, holding the bear that I wanted.

I placed my phone back into my shoulder back.

He handed me the huge bear and said, "There. It's for you."
