Seasons (Hangul: -) is a South Korean girl group created by YMC Entertainment as their first girl group The members include Soomin, Pie, Minny, Nicole, Sen, Kailey. The group debuted on November 6, 2014, with the release of 'Be Ambitous'. On February 16, 2015, 'Dreamcatchers' was selected as Seasons's fanclub name. 

Career

Pre-debut

In December 14, 2013. YMC Entertainment a MV titled 'Ma Boy' and with a new group titled YMC Girls. YMC Entertainment said they were preparing for a girl group to debut in 2014. Many people were curious of this new girl group since its the first of YMC Entertainment and home to many artists like Ailee, Mighty Mouth, Wheesung, and more.

2014: Debut, Be Ambitious

Seasons 'Be Ambitious' Showcase

YMC Entertainment annouced officialy of Seasons on August 29th. The groups name meaning that they will show different sides of themsevles like how the seasons do in each part of the year. Members started to be revealed on September 20th and ended on October 17th.  The full MV for 'Be Ambitious' was revealed on November 4th and Seasons had their debut at November 6th ' on 'M! Coutndown'.

2015: Serine's leave, new member Nicole, Sticky Sticky, controversal, fanclub name, Spice19, Fluorescent, Nicole solo debut,

On January 5th YMC Entertainment annouced that leader Serine would leave the group due to personal reasons. A new member would be added for Seasons's comeback. 

On January 10th Nicole, a former member of GOK signed onto YMC Entertainment as an actress, some people did think she would be the new member of Seasons but it was in discussion. But then on February 1st YMC Entertainment confirmed that Nicole would be the new member of Seasons as well as start her acting career under them.

Teasers for 'Sticky Sticky' first started on February 1st when Nicole (she is from Singapore and is Chinese-Singaporean) was introduced to the group. With the MV teaser released on the 4th and the full MV on the 6th. Seasons started promotions on the 7th. But when the MV for 'Sticky Sticky' got released music programs were thinking of banning Kailey from perfoming due to the lyrics being provocative and her being a minor. But on the 14th all music programs allowed her to perform onstage after missing two stages.

February 16th Seasons announced of their fanclub name to be Dreamcatchers and with the color pink as the official color for their fans and had their goodbye stage for 'Sticky Sticky' on February 27th.

On March 9th, Spice19 (Soomin & Nicole), or formally known before as YMC Girls' would make a comeback. The subunit released their second single titled 'Gone Not Around Any Longer'. On April 3rd Spice19 won a trophy at 'Music Bank'. They had their goodbye stage on April 10th and also performed 'A Girl In Love'.

On May 1st YMC Entertainment announced of a new subunit to be lanuched within the month. On May 3rd it was released that four members from Seasons (Soomin, Nicole, Pie, and Kailey) would become Fluorescent. And it was said that Duble Sidekick and Jewel, from Nine Sirens would write all the songs in the album. Teasers were releaded on May 5th and the full first album was released on May 10th. The title song 'Give It To Me' won 5 trophies on all music programs and making them triple crown winners.

YMC Entertainment announced on September 1st that Nicole would make her solo debut in November and trained in the United States for part of her training. The first teaser was released on November 10th and her first solo mini album was released on November 18th and following her solo debut the next day on 'M! Countdown'.

2016: Disbandment

On January 10th YMC Entertainment announced the disbandment of Seasons after members reportedly left. Also with Sen and Kailey who joined the reality show 'Produce 101'. But the agency did say that Nicole will still be under them as a solo artist and actress.
