It's Jae's first day on her new job as a journalist, and she is rather nervous, since it’s her first real journalist job. But she is the kind of person who wants to live up to her name. Jae - meaning; respect. She wants to be respected as a great journalist. But her new boss, Choi Minho, is the typical do-not-give-a--boss and won’t even glance at her. One day Jae notices a small act of goodness from her boss, and she is sold. Now every day is small steps; getting Choi Minho’s attention and respect - and maybe something more than that.

Unfortunately for Jae, the boss notice what she’s up to, and decides to turn it around. Toying with the new, shy journalist is one thing the cocky boss finds exciting and fun.
