It wasn’t long that you and Taehyung began dating; in fact it was difficult for the two of you to see each other because of his busy schedule. Today was special because he had invited you to the amusement park to watch him and the rest of BTS perform at a mini concert. No one knew about your relationship with him, and the both of you tried your best to hide it from the public. You knew that he would be busy doing rehearsals and preparations for the concert, but you were secretly hoping that he would have some free time so that the two of you could ride the Ferris wheel together. You had always dreamed of being with your boyfriend, siting comfortably together, over looking the entire park.

 

You checked your watch and your heart started beating faster in anticipation. You had woken up four hours before your meeting time to get ready. You knew that Taehyung would be busy and you wanted to make sure he would have time to eat a complete meal. You bought the ingredients the day before and proceeded to attempt in making him a nutritious lunch. Since you figured he would be on the go, you prepared three different types of sandwiches, Tuna, egg salad, turkey and cheddar cheese. You didn’t forget to cut various fruits for dessert, along with ice-cold lemonade that you had made yourself. After boxing up his lunch you proceeded to get ready, putting on your brand new light pink sleeveless sundress, slipping on your white sandals and loosely putting up your hair and clipping it with a white flowered pin. It had finally come the time to see your boyfriend, and you couldn’t have been happier.

You sat on a bench located right in front of the entrance to the amusement park. You nervously swung you legs back and forth, checking your watch every sixty seconds. It felt like a lifetime had passed when suddenly you felt someone tap you on the shoulder. You turned around anticipating seeing your boyfriend, but were disappointed when you didn’t see anyone at all. You could hear laugher in the distance, and when you turned your head you saw Taehyung and Jimin running away from you.

 

You smiled shyly and waved to the both of them, and stood up to properly greet the rest of BTS. Taehyung approached you slowly with a huge smile on his face. He stopped in front of you and began waving two hands just like a little kid.

 

“Hiiiiiiiiiii___________.” He continued to stare at you, smile and wave. You couldn’t hold in your laughter at how silly he looked, but you loved him regardless. The rest of BTS began to trickle out of the van, each of them happily greeting you. Jin was the third one out of the van and waved happily in your direction. J-Hope hopped out and screamed “_____________!” Each of the members had their own style of greeting you; it had been several months since you first met all of them, and each of them treated you just like a sister. Even though you were all rather close, they had yet to discover your relationship with Taehyung. The both of you thought it would be better to leave everyone in the dark for a little while. Anyway, it was a little fun to hide this secret, and you personally felt a little closer to Taehyung knowing that you two were sharing a secret that no one else would know.

Since the both of you couldn’t hold hands or show too much affection to each other while in public, you both kept a reasonable distance as you followed him backstage and to their dressing room area. You almost forgot to give him his lunch that you made for him and the rest of s until he pointed it out.

 

“What’s that?” He pointed and stared at the huge cooler that you were toting around.

 

“Oh this? Oh, I just made lunch for you and the rest of the members. I didn’t know if you would eat properly so…”

 

A huge smile appeared on his face and he thanked you with a big bear hug. He quickly leaned in towards your ear and whispered “Thanks, babe”

 

“Hey Hyung! Why are you making her carry that? Didn’t your mom teach you manners?!” Jungkook pointed at the cooler while he gave the both of you wondering looks.

 

“Hey! This is your stuff too!” He grabbed the cooler away from you and placed it on the nearest table. All the members gathered around in awe as they searched through all the food you had prepared.

 

“Thank you ________! Wooooow thanks_________!” was heard over and over as they sifted through the containers of food.

 

A lady wearing a headset popped into the room and said “Ok BTS, get ready for sound check and rehearsal.”

 

Taehyung walked over to you with big eyes and a sad face, “So, what are you going to do now? I don’t think they’re going to allow anyone to watch the rehearsal.” He made another frown, which only made you laugh again.

 

“I think I’ll walk around the park for a bit. It’ll be about two hours or so, right? I’ll meet you back here lunch time.”

 

He nodded and hesitated a bit, wanting to give you a hug, but not look too suspicious in front of the others. You nodded as if you understood, and he turned to leave but not before giving you a quick wink. As you headed out the dressing room door you ran into another group, GOT7. They had just finished their rehearsal and were heading out to eat lunch. Because of your frequent visits to music shows you had become friendly with members of some of the other groups, especially GOT7.

 

“Hey ________! You’re here!” Mark waved at you from down the hall. Upon hearing your name Taehyung turned around just before he rounded the corner. You didn’t notice, but he had stopped to see who was calling you, giving a jealous stare before he disappeared into the performance hall.

 

“Oh hi Mark!” You happily greet him as he walks towards you.

“What are you doing now? Wanna come eat lunch with us?”

 

You hesitate for a moment because you told Taehyung that you’d eat with him, but suddenly Jackson comes from behind you and puts his arm around your shoulder.

 

“Awww come on ___________, join us for a little while! We haven’t seen you in a long time!”

 

“Er, well I guess I could hang out for a little bit.” You walk along side Mark and Jackson as the three of you make your way to the food stands.

“Is that all you’re going to eat?” Mark asks as he grabs his trash to throw away.

 

You stare down at the half eaten pretzel and wonder if Taehyung will be angry that you ate before he did.

 

“Yeah, I think I’m ok for now.”

 

“Hey Mark! We got thirty more minutes for break! Wanna go on a ride?!” In the distance you see JR and JB running towards the ticket stands for the rides.

 

“Oh, you can go. I think BTS will be done soon. I don’t mind waiting for them.” You smile sweetly at Mark, but he grabs your hand and pulls you towards the rest of his group.

 

“Come on, it’s only one ride!” He flashes you a quick and cute smile, and for a moment you melt a little, feeling a little guilty for being putty in someone else’s presence.

 

As Mark drags you along, you see someone familiar in the distance. As you squint to get a better look you see Taehyung and the rest of s waiting around for a photo shoot. His stare is piercing and cold, and you worry what he’s thinking of at that moment. You manage to free yourself from Mark’s grasp, and he immediately turns back to you.

 

“Something wrong?” He smiles that cute smile again for the second time, and reclaims your hand as you make your way to the merry go round. Your eyes focus back on Taehyung and he’s suddenly called to take his place in the picture.

 

“Are you serious? The merry go round?!” You stand in front of the ride hesitant to go on. It seems so childish to you.

 

“Oh come on _________, let your inner child out!!” Jackson runs onto the ride and claims a seat on top of a yellow duck. The rest of the members run to claim an animal, and you reluctantly follow them. The only available animal is a white swan next to Jackson. He gives you a big smile and rocks back and forth, hitting the duck on it’s side, eagerly anticipating the start of the ride.

 

As the ride begins, the music begins to play and the animals begin to move up and down. Embarrassed, you try to hide you face from the rest of the crowd watching GOT7 enjoying the ride. Mark calls out to you, but since you’re so far away you can’t make out what he’s trying to say. Jackson suddenly whispering something into you ear startles you.

 

“Hey, so did Mark ask you out yet?” An apparent smirk is on his face, so you’re not sure if he’s joking or not. You start to feel awkward because of your relationship between you and Taehyung, but since you aren’t able to tell anyone, you pretend as if you didn’t hear him. Jackson continues to be persistent.

 

“Hey ______________….I asked you a question….Hey Hey!!” He starts to poke you in the sides, making you jerk away from him and laugh. This continues for majority of the ride, and when it ends you slowly make your way to the exit.

 

“Hey ________! I got something I want to ask you.” You turn around to see Mark and he gestures for you to come over. Right as you’re about to walk towards him and the rest of s you feel someone grab onto your arm. As you glance behind, you see Taehyung with a very different expression than you’re use to. This time its cold and serious, something that makes you uncomfortable. You obediently follow him around the corner a place where you both can steal some privacy away from the crowds of people. He lets your arm go, and runs his hands through his hair.

 

“What’s going on?”

 

“Well, I ran into Mark and Jackson and they asked me to-“

 

Taehyung suddenly cuts you off. “Hey, I heard through the great vine that Mark likes you, and it makes me a little uncomfortable.”

 

He looks at the ground and you suddenly feel guilty for making him feel bad, even if you didn’t know this news.  

 

“I-I just didn’t want to tell you about it since I didn’t think he would be so aggressive but….” He let out a loud sigh and leaned against the wall. “It’s just difficult, you know? With no one knowing that we’re in a relationship.”

 

You smile and put your hand under his chin, bringing his head up to look you in the eyes. “Taehyung, you know I love you. No matter if everyone knows, or no one knows, I’ll always only love you.”

 

He shyly smiles back and pulls you into a tight embrace, he leans into your neck and whispers, “I love you too babe”.

The concert was ending with BTS as the last group, and you watched happily as your boyfriend performed on stage. You cheered in the audience and sang to all of his parts that you memorized by heart. Right before the last song ended you carefully made you way around the audience and towards the back of the stage to wait for Taehyung. You could hear the cheer of the crowd as BTS said their thank you and good byes. You tippy toed to see if you could spot him coming down the stairs, but a crowd of other performers blocked your view.

 

You felt arms wrap around your waist and you turned your head to see who it was, surprised to see a smiling Taehyung. The both of you had agreed not to be physical in public, so this sudden affection came as a complete shock. The rest of the BTS members walked pass the two of you, smiling in acknowledging the situation.

 

“Hey sister in law” J-Hope whispered and smiled before entering the dressing rooms backstage. Your eyes grew wide, and you suddenly shot a look of bewilderment towards your boyfriend.

 

“They know. I just told them. I don’t care who knows. I’m going to tell everyone!!!!” He held you closer to him, picking you up and before you knew it the two of you were spinning around in circles. “Taehyung!!!! Put me down! This is scary!!” Even though you were scared you both kept laughing at how silly the two of you probably looked. He put you down and grabbed you by the hand, “Let’s go! I have a surprise for you!!!”

 

Without being able to respond he dragged you away quickly and you followed him to the other end of the amusement park. You ended up in front of the Ferris wheel and you stared up at the pitch-black mountain of steel.

 

“What are we doing here? Isn’t this part of the park closed already?”

 

“Not for us.” He smiled at you, and he pointed towards the ride as the lights became illuminated, making the other rides and food stands glow around the two of you. A ride conductor was seen at the entrance, with a smile on his face and he gestured for the both of you to get on. Taehyung held your hand and guided you into the steel compartment, closing the door behind the two of you. You took your seats, and the conductor gave you both a thumbs up before starting the ride. As the compartment rose in the air, you stood up to look through the 360-degree glass windows.

 

“Wow….” Your voice trails off as you watch the amusement park become smaller and smaller. The lights of buildings and park shops sparkled and twinkled, making you feel as if you were in heaven looking down on the sleeping world below.

 

Taehyung slipped his hand through yours, and wrapped his other arm around your waist. His head rested comfortably on your shoulder, and he kissed you softly on your cheek.

 

“I knew you wanted to ride this, I wanted to surprise you.” He slowly spun you around, and he smiled as he looked into your eyes. You felt your cheeks burn with embarrassment, and your heart began beating faster and faster at the close proximity of your bodies.

 

“Look at me” he asked, as he pulled you closer to him. Still feeling shy, you smiled but kept your head towards the ground. You felt his other hand on under your chin, and he lifted it slightly so the both of you would be face to face. He smiled and said, “I love you baby, and I can’t wait to tell the rest of the world.” He slowly leaned in, and you closed your eyes as his warm, soft lips met yours. Your first kiss, with your first love, and now the whole world would know. There was nothing else in life you could ask for, because everything you wanted, was right here……
