That's right! SNSD in the Harry Potter universe. No, there won't be any Harry Potter characters but the entire universe will be involved, including the different courses they take, Quidditch and adventures in Hogsmeade. In that case, I'll be listing everyone's profiles so you guys won't be confused right away.

But if you want to be completely surprised, then feel free to completely avoid the profiles.

The focus will be on Sooyoung/Sunny but everyone else in SNSD will be present. Other ships include: Yoonhyun, Taengsic and Yulti. Possibly Hyoyeon/Min as well.

This fic was a commission from luisahuah and thus I dedicate all of this to you. Thank you so much for always supporting my fic and supporting me by commissioning this. Planning this was a lot of fun! I've never done a Harry Potter crossover before but I'll do my best. I'm a fan of Harry Potter but not extensively. I mean, I've seen the movies and read about half of the books (second half). I've even signed up on Pottermore! (I'm a Ravenclaw btw hoho) Anyway, I hope you all enjoy it!

Genre: Slice of Life / Adventure / Romance - I'm hoping for a rather casual, heartwarming fic without too much drama. Just a lot of fun as these teens get through wizarding school and find their talents, themselves and maybe some true love along the way. 

Title was inspired by this song. I feel like it captures the general feel I want for this fic.

Choi Sooyoung 
Fourth Year / Slytherin / Pure-blood
Coming from a rich family of smart and successful wizards and witches, Sooyoung strives for perfection and does whatever she can to be the best. Her parents expect the best out of her, especially when her older sister, who is about to graduate has already accomplished so much. At the same time, Sooyoung is very goofy when hanging out with just her friends. The way she presents herself in class, in Quidditch matches and any other sort of competition is just a front that she has to protect herself. She's actually a softy with a secret crush on her biggest rival. Jessica and Hyoyeon think it's hilarious how no one else seems to notice except for them! It's quite obvious. She is very well-known for her model like appearance and is praised by a lot of her fellow classmates and housemates. A lot of boys and girls send her love letters in hopes of gaining her attention, but Sooyoung likes those who are bold with their feelings, and expresses themselves well. But despite that, she would never confess her own feelings to the girl she's harboured feelings for since their first train ride together.

Lee Soonkyu/Sunny
Fourth Year / Gryffindor / Half-blood
Sunny is your go-to girl if you need a pick me up! Always ready to make others laugh and smile, Sunny is equiped with incredible wit and snark. Not to mention she's also very smart academically, often competing for the top marks in her classes. Ever since first year, Sunny has also had a gift with flying, making her a candidate for next year's Quidditch team captain.. In her first year, when Sooyoung had started picking fights with her, Sunny had found it annoying. But by now, she looks forward to winning competitions against Sooyoung and doesn't even care if she loses, as long as she gets to be around her "rival". Always ready for adventure, Sunny also has a tendency for getting her and her friends in trouble. Sunny's great-aunt is the school's headmaster, making it a lot easier for her to get away with her shenanigans. She doesn't mind detention all that much, seeing as she drags her friends down along with her so she isn't lonely. The best part is when she gets Sooyoung and her friends involved, causing them to also get in trouble.

Both girls have two different groups of friends, but we'll be seeing them mingling.

Kim Taeyeon
Fourth Year / Gryffindor / Pure-blood
Taeyeon is Sunny's childhood friend, best friend and roommate. She's an average student who occasionally falls asleep in class because she stayed up too late playing games with Sunny. When by herself or around strangers, Taeyeon is very quiet for she's very shy. However, when around Sunny and her other friends, she is very loud and sometimes quite obnoxious. She looks very young and is often mistaken for as a first year, but don't underestimate her! Because of her lineage, Taeyeon has quite the upper hand when it comes to magic, having been forced to start studying even before she came to Hogwarts. But she doesn't like to show off, or put in any extra work unless she absolutely has to. Because of her high lineage, Taeyeon also has an abundance of allowance and unnecessary items sent to her by her family. 

Jung Jessica
Fourth Year / Slytherin / Muggle
Sooyoung's best friend since first year and her roommate. She is often seen as others as cold and mean, but in reality, she probably just didn't have enough rest. Wanting to prove herself as a powerful witch despite her heritage, Jessica secretly works very hard. But this means late nights and sleeping in, also causing her to sleep during classes occasionally. Still, despite it all, she manages to get great grades. She is very protective of Sooyoung and her friends and has this tendency of snapping at anyone who bothers them. She is well known on campus for her sleeping habits, for her Professors constantly yell at her. Also very well-known for her beauty and her tendency of being slightly out of uniform.

Kim Hyoyeon
Fifth Year / Slytherin / Half-blood
Hyoyeon is Sooyoung and Jessica's upperclassman who ended up being in some of their classes in first year because of her poor freshman marks. But thanks to Sooyoung and Jessica helping her, Hyoyeon has become a much more capable student while still retaining her playful image. She helped Sooyoung and Jessica adjust to the campus life and introduced them to her best friend, Min, who happens to be in her final year. Hyoyeon always knows where the fun is at and is the best at making any sour mood perfectly sweet again. She is known for her obnoxious personality and ability to make everyone laugh, even if she embarrasses herself a bit. She is the seeker on Slytherin's Quidditch team and is known to be very quick and sneaky. She has a love for dance, attained and learned from Min. Whenever music plays, Hyoyeon finds herself moving to the beat.

Kwon Yuri 
Fifth Year / Hufflepuff / Half-blood
Yuri is Hyoyeon's other best friend, having been her roommate since first year. Yuri is very happy-go-lucky but is also known for her 4D personality. She loves dancing with Hyoyeon and loves exercising. She's hoping to be the next Captain of her house's Quidditch team and has a strong passion for the sport. Being strong in athletics, Yuri has difficulty keeping up with her academics. Since her first year, she's had a tutor for all her courses so she can keep her marks at a good place. Yuri is a very hard worker despite her often goofy appearance and does her best to make her parents proud. She is part of Sooyoung's group of friends, often hanging around her despite being a year ahead. Yuri's younger sister is Yoona and is often checking up on her, seeing how her classes are going and seeing if she's happy. Sometimes Yuri can be overprotective, not allowing any boy or girl to try and sweep Yoona off her feet.

Hwang Stephanie Miyoung (Tiffany)
Fifth Year / Hufflepuff / Muggle
Tiffany feels like she's the only one out of her fifth year friends who are especially worried about the O.W.L exam. She's Yuri's tutor and often times forces Hyoyeon to sit down and study with her. Tiffany had struggles in the beginning, having to prove herself despite her muggle status. She used to have a bad opinion of those in Slytherin because they were often the ones who made fun of her, however, when she was introduced to Jessica and Sooyoung, that all changed. Jessica was a fellow, rather fabulous Muggle and Sooyoung hated discrimination against blood, often hissing at anyone who dared make fun of her friends for that status. Tiffany loves taking care of the younger years and hopes to one day become prefect and head of her house. She's very organized and loves the colour pink, often seen wearing something pink, whether it be a scarf, a bracelet, a belt, you name it.

Im Yoona
Third Year / Ravenclaw / Half-blood
Yoona is Yuri's younger sister and is one of Sunny's best friends. She's the only one who constantly moves between the two groups of rivals. At first glance Yoona seems like a very plain girl. Great grades, good looks and very polite to her elders and professors. However, only Yuri and Sunny's group know how mischevious the young girl actually is. Using her intelligence for "evil" as Sunny would say, Yoona has a tendency of pulling pranks for fun. She occasionally finds herself in detention and her professors can't seem to figure out which part of Yoona that they see is the real Yoona. The girl who gets high marks on their class and listens attentively? Or the girl who causes a fire in potions class in order to stop class early because she's hungry? Lately however, due to a certain someone's influence, Yoona has been rather tame in her third year in her prank attempts.

Seo Joohyun
Third Year / Ravenclaw / Pure blood
Seohyun is your typical young genius type. Quiet and often keeping to herself, Seohyun spends a lot of her time studying and perfecting her magic skills. Her dream is to become a professor in the future and eventually the head of Ravenclaw. She was often lonely in first year until she met Yoona at a Quidditch game, the other girl late and struggling to pull her uniform on. Yoona introduced Seohyun to all of her friends and helped Seohyun come out of her shell. Despite being the youngest in her group of friends, Seohyun is the most strict and has a tendency of lecturing her unnies if they do badly on a test or play too much with their spells. Seohyun, like Yoona, is very fond of Sunny and is attached to her. Because of her innocent and trusting nature, she accidentally helps Sunny cause trouble with her ever so helpful advice and abundant knowledge of the campus and the Wizarding World in general.
