A Woogyu fic heavily based on Hans Christian Andersen's fairy tale "The Snow Queen" in which rebellious Woohyun falls into a toad's trap and gets kidnapped by the Snow Prince and kind-hearted Sunggyu goes on an adventure to rescue him.

A/N: Lol it's summer and I'm craving for some ice anyway since I was younger I started reading Andersen's stories and I loved and still love them so much. This fic is pretty much based on "The Snow Queen" which was written in 1845 and it also was made into a movie I guess?? In case you guys haven't read/heard of it (which I doubt lmao), here you go You don't have to know the story to understand the fic though. Please leave comments below I'd love to know what you guys think, it also motivates me to update faster ㅠ3ㅠ Okay enough of me tattling, shall we start?

“Sunggyu hyung, I—I think I have to go back and check…” Woohyun hesitates, taking a glimpse of Sunggyu’s reaction which the lad gives Woohyun the “are you insane” look then makes his way back into the house. Woohyun bites his lips, intending to take a few steps backwards.
And then out of expectation, he dashes into the snow heading towards the direction of the Pine Forest. Hair flying in the cold that cuts deep into his thin skin. The oil lamp is dropped down from his hand onto the soft surface, fire bursts into small flame for a while or so then it slowly dies out as the snow falls harder and faster.
