Desires can't always be fulfilled. I've learned that and lived by that my entire life. However, I just wished this once it  could be wrong and that my one and only desire could be.
Yet again, my desire was unfulfilled. I am here alone again in this big crowd where smiles occur. Laughter can be heard. Fragrance of flowers still in the air, as if just freshly cut out of the garden. Balloons visible in the air. The love and bond between those that are present. The desire that hurts the most.

I may seem selfish for I have what everyone envies. I have the best friend ever possible, attend the perfect school, have the perfect grades,and last but least popular for singing skills that I even became a trainee for one of the best Entertainments out there yet I still have a desire for something else. If you noticed I left out one very important thing out of my perfect life, family.

My only desire is to have someone here with me. Even if it's just for today. Even if it is a stranger. But why is it that I can't even have that?
I guess I can never change that fact.

This is my first attempt at a one shot.
So do not be surprised if It ends up being longer than a one shot.
Since I tend to write more than what I had intended.
Most of the time I end up not being able to finish the story.
Let's hope I can succeed in a one shot.
I decided to make it a short story because I wanted to do a little more to the story.
