Chapter 7: Thing is (if you're into moral stuff and all), designers can't use the first image they find. I mean, you can't use the photo of a normal Korean or something because they are not considered public people to be abused in such a way to feed our fanfic needs. Tho I do agree there are enough plain looking actresses/comedians/entertainers/MCs/SOMETHING to fit that role but even if they ask for somebody plain, when you go and check the story, she's all BUT the normal girl (cause she suddenly turns perfect or some ).
I wish there were more requesters that wanted just the girl's back instead or side profile or sth that made her face less visible =_= then, it wouldn't be a problem who to use xD or maybe just her eyes... sth sth... yeah .-.
And I like clocks .-. clocks are superb .-. you can do a lot of things with clocks jeez anon don't put down clocks that easily, they make good borders too once you keep only the middle part and erase the numbers and all that and why am I writing this anyway?
Chapter 7: OMG This is the most I've laughed at a crack fic. You're amazing.
Let me just say to requestors, if you say in the Characters that the main girl is a plain Jane then we'd most likely literally look for plain Jane—not ulzzangs. Well, that's just for me. But you know, in the end they're the customers of your graphic shop. As long as they're following the rules and they request from us again, man I really don't give a crap about something like this :*
Oh, the infamous clocks and clockworks stock used in posters. I do have words about it haha, but then again it's a style in itself that's difficult to master. Maybe that's why it's used so often, for practical purposes. But only when the poster has something to do with clocks, often I see posters with that style and they have a clock piece and I could never connect that element to the rest of the poster.
Chapter 3: If it's not yours then don't claim it as yours.
I've seen a lot of graphic shops/tutorials on here that don't always give proper credit and it bothers me especially when they try to say 'It's my textures/stocks!' when I've seen the same exact ones on DeviantArt .___. It's like who are they fooling? ^^; Some don't even link back to the original creator which annoys me greatly *sighs*
I feel so guilty. For me, I'm so dramatic with the layouts I code that there's a limit to how many times you can view it until you're sick of it. And I'm guilty with the small font as well. But I'm a dramatic and aesthetic-loving person, ain't going to lie to you and be in denial haha!
But your point makes sense, why such a complex layout that only exhibits a small part of what you're presenting? Like what's the point of it? :*
Chapter 6: Agree agree, I mean Layouts are pretty and it make our shops look nice, but sometimes they look too cramped and that is the hint of when you should stop adding codes Dx
Chapter 2: You know what's worse? There are people paying said karma.
I mean, those things wouldn't exist in the first place if THEY WOULDN'T PAY THEM OMFG PEOPLE THE BEST DESIGNERS ON THIS GODDAMN SITE DO EVERYTHING FOR FREE.
