Prologue
Pluviophile“In the beginning were the spirits.
Before the Creator made the mortals, he created them; godlings and goddesses. They were invisible beings. He bestowed upon them power to sustain a world he soon gave to the mortals. It was believed that all things living in this world was their work. While the Creator gave life to the world, they were the architects behind it; nurturing and preserving the mortal realm. Hundreds of years ago, it was believed that they were heard and seen only by the most powerful sorcerers or witches of ancient times.
Some were thought to be malevolent; some were praised as good. But one thing is for certain, somewhere out there, in a world just like ours, they watch over us.”
