She opened her eyes and the first image she saw was Jinwoo. Kim Jinwoo.

The most perfect man she had ever laid her eyes on.

She reached out to touch him, just to make sure it was real and not a dream.

She laid her hands on his face, and he smiled.

One of his big bright smiles.

The creases on the corner of his eyes and mouth were perfect.

Every bit of him was, she thought.

They've been roomies since forever, but she still can't get over his perfect features.

Her phone rang.

"Mino" She screamed happily, and jumped out of bed.

Mino again, Jinwoo thought. Mino this, Mino that. Mino Mino Mino.

Jealousy was creeping over Kim Jinwoo.

But he couldn't say a word.

"Have you eaten?" She spoke through the phone. "Let's eat!"

Why won't you eat with me instead? Jinwoo thought.

She turned to look at Jinwoo "Do you want to come with us?"

Jinwoo was getting irritated, but he can't show it.

"Okay, okay. Sure." He smiled, hiding away his jealousy.

"See you, oppa." She said, then clicked her phone off.

Why does she call him oppa, but calls me saseumsaeggi.

Baby deer?

Jinwoo's thoughts were all over the place.

She turned to face him, but Jinwoo's face looked serious. 

She laughed at his expression, but Jinwoo's face remained the same.

He finally spoke "Call me oppa."

She raised an eyebrow. "Heol, oppa?"

What the-- oppa? How can I call you oppa when you're prettier than me? She thought.

Jinwoo nodded, and was looking straight into her eyes.

She flicked his forehead "Saseumsaeggi."

She grabbed his arm, "Come on, Mino oppa will be waiting."

Jinwoo scratched the back of his head, this girl is hopeless.

 

When they got to the shop, Mino was dressed up looking all cool sipping his iced americano.

I should've dressed up more. Jinwoo was dressed in a plain white crew neck, and gray training pants.

Mino stood up, waving at them like a little kid. "Something came up, I gotta bounce." 

He had this smile on his face, and Jinwoo knew Mino planned this.

She waved back at Mino, "Take care, oppa."

"Do you want to go home now?" Jinwoo asked.

"Why? We just got here." She said, "I want an iced mocha."

I want you, Jinwoo thought.

And his thoughts were driving him crazy.

"But Mino left already." He said.

"Soooo? Can't I have a date with my handsome, and pretty saseum---" She stopped for a second. "oppa?"

Jinwoo's heart thumped.

"Date?" His smile was from ear to ear.

He stood there looking like an idiot.

But he was happy.

They ordered two iced mochas, and took a stroll outside.

The weather was fine, and Jinwoo was the happiest he has ever been.

He couldn't help but feel warm inside, whenever he sees her smile.

She looked simple unlike the other girls.

She was different.

She ran up to a little playground in the middle of the park.

Where they first met.

It was a long time since they went there.

She sat down on one of the swings, like a little kid.

Jinwoo knelt down and took her hands, enclosing them with his. "I'm not sure how to start this."

"But what I'm sure of is what I feel for you."

His heart was racing.

He had to keep his hands from shaking.

"I'm not good with words." He said.

He cupped her face with his hands, and placed a kiss on her forehead.

"Your angel." He spoke.

He placed another kiss on her nose. "Your friend." 

And lastly, he smiled and brushed his lips against hers. "Your lover."

"I'll love you, no matter what."

His face was so close to hers, that it gave her goosebumps.

She liked Jinwoo too. A lot.

Although she was cold and didn't show it, her feelings overwhelmed her a lot.

Jinwoo's hands were now clasping hers tightly again.

He was looking straight into her eyes.

Waiting for her to speak.

Those eyes of his that made her melt everyday.

Kim Jinwoo, the man that made her believe in love.

She pulled her hands away from his, and placed her hands on his face.

"This is crazy, but I love you too."
